Every time there is a glitch the music stops playing. I have to manually manipulate to digital controls to get it started again. Very annoying.

I do not like the touch screen & I can only load 1 CD at a time, however I can use maps there but i havent yet.

Looking forward to installing the Kenwood head unit!

Great product and allows me to use my cell phone hands free. Fits my truck like a glove!

I had things going on with the radio from day one. I thought it was just learning the operation of a new radio. It would do things like randomly start changing stations on its on. Then if i changed stations manually the station would change but the display would stay the same. Then the time stopped working and remained the same all the time. Contacted the installer who was great and he did an update. On the way home it started doing the same things again. Called him back and he scheduled time to replace it with a different model.

Have owned several KENWOOD units and am very happy with this unit, especially for the cost.

fits my traverse well and is a great value for the money

Not too happy about the lack of features on this system. It was recommended to me by a Best Buy employee but I’m not sure it is the right choice for me.

Guys don't use Best Buy for car stereo installation. After two appointments the install tech refused to do the install. These guys act like they are doing you a favor after i spent $1000 on audio equipment. I am never having anything installed by best buy again. They are obviously trying to get out of the cat audio business. By the way, I went to pro line Audio installers. They did a great job.

It's a piece of junk. I bought this and even when they finally installed it right it freezes up. I asked Matthew to install a Pioneer CD player instead and his supervisor stopped him from doing it. Guess that's how Best Buy thinks women ought to be treated.

Small shops will go out their way to help the customer whereas big stores like this one will just say they can't installed it or don’t have the part.
