    Had to disconnect the battery to reset the radio when it was only 4 months old and now a 2nd time and it's only 9 months old. In order to take advantage of the Kenwood warranty I have to remove the unit and ship it to a Kenwood service facility. So no stereo in my truck for a month or 2. I will never buy from JVCKenwood again.

    I gave it 2 stars because everything worked except the cd player. I almost lost a cd. Had to take it back and get a return. They had to open it up to take out my cd.
