    In the aunlight thr screen cannot even be seen. The camera during reverse with the sun behind the car is conpletely washed out (this us unsafe). This unit should be recalled and never shoukd have been sold. Perhaps it works fine in some vehicles, but in a jetta its a non-starter.

    It works amazingly. The Geek squad had a difficult tume with my vehicles wiring but they worked it out.

    Navigation is easy and intuitive. Screen is not FHD so pixelation is noticable and screen glares a lot. Really hard to see anything

    Works really well but i’m not a fan at all of the screen brightness. We are in 2024 where almost any tablet you buy has an OLED display with amazing brightness and quality but it seems that the head unit manufacturers missed that memo. For the price they charge (similar and more than most state of the art tablets) it should he somewhat on par.

    TERRIBLE!! I wanted to love this but it stopped working when I adjust the sound settings. Took it back to BB whereby they replaced the thingamabob that goes into the armrest area. Ok fine. I’m covered under warranty. But, no it does the same thing again a couple months later after adjusting sound settings. Now I have an appointment for them to uninstall and then send the thing out of state to be fixed. NO! It should be replaced with a different model of my choice! If it costs more then I will pay the difference! Being a consumer nowadays is risky business. This is unacceptable!

    Would not recommend. The display doesn’t stay where you left it whether it loses connection to your phone or reboots. The back up camera takes forever to kick in and the warning is in the way.

    Worked for about a week and a half and now it disconnects randomly every time I drive. I drove a total of 40 minutes today and it disconnected 3 times. Way too expensive to be this crappy. Don't buy it.

    Had the headunit installed professionally and had it had a very audible hissing sound when using car play. Took it back and had them re-do it and it remained. If you listen to your music quietly you will hear it
