Missing parts and was not compensated for the trou

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The radio was missing the microphone, contacted the store and they had no replacement radio nor did any other store in the state. They only offered to exchange it for a cheaper radio, when I didn’t agree was not offered any type of compensation or partial refund.

Not good from bestbuy

Wants iphone, no manual
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have android, this unit is iphone centered. Usb port only works with iphone. Useless with android, have to use bluetooth, can't use usb for anything. I wasn't told any of this. No manual so had to find out after installed. I dislike iphone so most features will never work, don't even own a cd but the cheaper unit without it you can't find. Be honest, give people the manual (it's 200 pages english to print)
