    Unit freaks out when a phone call comes in. Buttons freeze nothing works after the call is done. And customer service can’t help because it’s more the 15 days!!! It’s only been 21.

    If you're looking for all the basic features you expect in 2018, then this has them at a great price. It's not the easiest to use or navigate through, but the Call button is easy, the USB port is east and cycling through your media is easy. Finding a file buried on your 128Gb USB, not so easy. Read the manual, become a professional. Buy any size USB to download all your songs, then make sure to use http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/index.htm?guiformat.htm to format in FAT32 and save your data. Good bang for the buck.
