    Okay, it's a given that when going from a genuine FORD radio to a replacement that things are going to be different. Very different. But this one has been a major annoyance. Not only is it difficult to use, the manual for changing options - well not very user friendly. When off, there is just a big black hole in my dash. At night I cannot even see it to turn it on. The CD player has stopped working twice now. I am about to back in for another repair visit. The only good thing is that I bought a Best Buy extended warranty or I would be throwing this unit the trash.

    I found some of the buttons and features hard to see especially when you're driving down the road. My USB drive seems to stop in the device frequently so I don't know if it's the USB drive or the radio
