I wasn’t a fan of the slow heating up process but that is not a deal breaker for me. Perfect size for the family.

I love how you can make a cup or a pot from the same machine. Saw the commercial and didn’t believe it worked as well as it does. Made it possible to get rid of 2 makers and have more counter space.

Great coffee machine! I think it operates well. I am impressed that the coffee in the insulated carafe can stay hot for several hours. It seems to brew coffee proficiently.

We live our coffee and this Keurig makes it so easy for us to have a cup or a pot full of coffee. It takes such a short amount of time to brew and the coffee is perfect every time.

I made the switch from a Ninja coffee bar. I haven’t brewed a carafe yet but the kcup single brew works like a dream. I love the slim look and it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space.

I love the versatility of either a single cup of coffee from 6 to 12 oz. to a whole carafe for guest. The water reservoir is easy to get to since you can adapt to either side or back.

The review is not intended to bash the product . actually works very well. Couple items that are a little disappointing is that it doesn't appear there is any water temperature adjustment. Being there's no warming plate to keep the pot of coffee hot. To begin with it doesn't come out hot enough for what we call a hot cup of coffee . as soon as you put small amount of creamer or milk in there it is now lukewarm. The highlighted word age on box is the coffee will keep hot for up to two hours. the temperature that the coffee maker brews coffee at won't keep the coffee hot for 30 minutes. I found only a quick startup guide in the Box . didn't appear the tape was cut or re-tape . there is no users manual to find whether or not you could raise the temperature. I've not had time to go online or call tech support see if there's any adjustments. considering the price which is over $200. I would hope there's some adjustments that can be done. The clock display could be a little bit larger and the buttons functions light up would be nice. As some of the Keurig equipment that I've owned in the past . it was always very nice to have a light for the water Reservoir . so you can really see the level of water . this new unit does not have any lights for the water reservoir .

Excellent coffee maker. Brews varies size k cups or you can brew a pot of coffee(12 cup) or 6 cup pot. And it comes with a useable filter for making a pot and a water filter .

I like that this combo coffeemaker/ Keurig takes up so much less space on my counter. I just wish that the coffee would stay hotter a little longer in the stainless steel carafe.

First one was missing a part and I had to drive over to Greensboro to take it back, but the girl at counter was awesome and got another on the way. It is awesome

Flexible configurations give you the best of both worlds. Takes little counter space and with ability to relocate that water reservoir means you never tied into one location.

This allows to bounce back and forth between single pots and Kraft full ups. This does sit much better on the kitchen counter and is easier to use as far as replacing the water!!

Use this product everyday. Very convenient for an entire pot or a single pod. Good quality filter, easy fill reservoir, good timer feature.

Compact design, easy to use. Love the thermal carafe - much better than a glass one. The combination K-Cup / Full Pot capability is the winning feature

Works really well for what we needed. The K-Cup portion works good but a normal coffee cup sits a little low so it can have some splashing on the counter and backsplash. The pot portion works well also only drawback is it doesn’t have a heating element on the bottom so the coffee doesn’t keep warm for too long. The stainless pot does keep it pretty hot though. The unit looks very clean and the stainless pot doesn’t get stained like a glass one does. The front load coffee basket is a great feature if your coffee maker sits under a cabinet, you don’t have to move the coffee maker to fill it.

This is perfect for small kitchens. Also purchased one as a gift and they think it’s the best coffee maker they ever owned.

We replaced an older Keurig machine and this one is definitely an improved version. It heats up quickly. Multiple settings for making different size drinks but easy to use.

We like the versatility of this Keurig, however, the pod brewing time is slow. We have used other brands in the past and the pod mode started brewing instantly. However, this model takes awhile to begin the brewing. So, if you are impatient for your first cup of a morning, look at other models. We do like the ability to change the water dispenser to multiple locations and being able to make a pot of coffee when we have company or on weekends.

This makes the best coffee! In the morning I fill my coffee pot and in the afternoon I make one coffee! Easy to clean. The filters easy to remove.

I’ve owned Keurig coffee machines since the year it was introduced. This machine makes coffee taste so much better and the water is very hot. So far I am very satisfied.
