Quit after 3 months

It stopped working after 3 months. Mind you he only brews a 1/2 pot of coffee a day. So it is not "overused". First when it started to act up I descales it. At that point it was only brewing 1/2 of what he programmed it to brew. Then about 3 weeks ago he set it to brew and it just keeps turning off. The water will not transfer from the tank to the maker. I paid $199.00 for this piece of junk. I will never purchase another Keurig again. I have tried several times to get through to Keurig customer service and that was a joke !!! Beware..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!

Perfect for the family as we also use to dispense hot water for tea. The Keurigs don’t have a long life so you just need to keep up with the routine cleanings to maximize longevity.
