Hits just hard enough not to be anoying but enough to feel the music!

Doesn't hit like I would expect a kicker to hit. I have it running with 2 pioneer 8's and adds the lower I need. Not quite worth the retail but a good open box deal makes it worth the money

When I was younger (circa early 2000s) I was all about car audio. I would save for months to buy top of the line equipment. So, I was a bit hesitant to buy subs from Best Buy. I hooked 2 of these up in my 2006 Silverado extended cab (both fit pretty good under my back seat on each side) to the Kicker CX 800.1 amp, and I was very pleasantly surprised! Now, these don’t compare to my old JL15W3s I had years ago, but for the price, they are pretty sweet. The bass is perfect for me to cruise around and rock out to. I’m no longer into the subs that take my breath away when they hit, but I still enjoy listening to loud music! For the price, they are pretty hard to beat. I highly recommend!

Cons first, none pros, provides a noticeable punch to youre system, ive had the sub for about a week and a half and i love it its replacing 2 12 comprs :( unfortunately those were stolen this was my budget replacement and while the 2 really cant be compared i happy with what this bad boy can do i matched it with this amp 46cxa4001 and i can not complain like i said a clean punch i feel confident i won't be replacing either anytime soon barring i get one of them stolen again lol well if youre on the fence looking for a quality budget upgrade id recommend purchasing this amp for real! Have a cursed day yall

I got this sub a little while ago for my little susuki sx4. I went into it knowing close to nothing about subwoofers but my friend had two factory subs in his car and it always made think about getting one. This sub is EXCELLENT and rivals the combined setup that my buddy has by far. It adds a ton of punch to my music and significantly improves the sound system even though I've swapped all four door speakers prior. It makes my whole car shake at times and I'm not sure how I'll own a car in the future without a sub. . I've since swapped cars and moved everything into it and it still sounds amazing. If you're just getting in to subwoofers this is a fantastic start.

I got this sub in December and it's only been great. I have a single cab truck and this is more than enough for that. With the right amp it can compete with larger enclosures.

They dis fit in to a silverado 2006 4doors someone tell me

I found that usually aiming a bass speaker toward the rear makes it sound the best. Something to do with the wave needs room to expand so if you aim it straight forward it doesn’t have enough room to expand before it hits you. This may not work in a short bed cab though.

Installed this along with a whole new system in my 2006 F350. Really tight fit behind seat, had to modify existing back panel to fit. But wow does this little unit hit hard.

Amazing bass. I have it in my Scion Xb. I can't believe the lows it reaches.

Great entry level subwoofer if you're on a budget. Unfortunately I paired it with the Kicker CX 800 amp which was probably too much power for the Comp C. So upgraded to the Comp R 12"...now upgrading to the Solobaric L7s 12". Comp C will probably work better with the CX 400.

To Start off, PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS SUBWOOFER. When I bought this subwoofer within the first 2 week in blew thank god that I bought Geek squad warranty. I received my second one and after using it for 5 months it blew again. With the credit I got; I had bought my self a comp r 12 which are amazing better than L5. Rather spend more money for better quality.

Listen you get what you pay for I should’ve just waited to get a better bigger one this little sub is good but does not produce much at all
