Not worth it

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The subwoofer didn’t last over a year before it went out and since I didn’t report it before the 1 year manufacture warranty went out, customer service told that there wasn’t anything that they can do about it. Don’t waste $300 on this!

Not worth it

I got it tuned and made sure the amp was correct but it still blew out and i never went crazy with it. This is the second subwoofer I’ve bought from this company, very disappointed.

They broke my door i can't open it. Than i bring back my car the next day. Because the team doesn't know how to install amp. Keep turning off. So i drop off my car. I come back they crack my window. This whole experience was awful. Now there giving me a hard time about fixing my car giving me the run around. I don't recommend best buy for installation

Good bass but didn’t last.

Right past the point of return and the voice coils went out. But no warranty purchased so only option is to return to kicker for repair/replace. I’m sure it would be my fault so will not purchase this again.

Disappointed experience

Christmas gloom and no speaker boom

Finally after moving after the holidays it was time to install. Hooked everything up and nothing not one sound completely dead. No big deal will return to store and swap for another. Go to the local BestBuy where I purchased it and nope won't take it back. Was 2 days past special Christmas return date. Store refused to do anything for me. Overall disappointed with everything.
