These sound great with a good amp. I'm running four of these with a Audiopipe 2504 four channel amp with the gain set to halfway. These speakers seem to be holding up well.

I read all the reviews and purchased the speakers after checking the Bestbuy website and a store clerk told me the speakers will fit in my Toyota Highlander 2017, unfortunately after receive the speakers while mounting the speakers I found out the depth of the speakers will make the magnet make contact with the window.
I will buy another set of Kickers that fir my car but will make my research and wont trust Bestbuy website or the store clerks.

Bought the speakers a month ago and just got time to install them. Opend the box then open then the plastic it’s in. And the tweeter part of speaker is not connected to the speaker it self. Didn’t buy the protection but guess I should’ve. Didn’t expect one to be broken.

These speakers were great for me for a couple years until this morning. Seemingly overnight, they went from “fine” to one of them sounding distorted and scratchy with bass.
I checked the wiring and mounting, and the cone and other parts don’t appear damaged; so the defect is clearly internal - likely the coil.
Darn shame that my 2005 Camry’s stock speakers lasted longer than these…

I have personally been through a LOAD of different speakers, some by multiple companies and some by the same company but multiple other models.
This is what I have to say about these.
Comparing to the kenwood concert speakers;
The sound these produce is absolutely wicked. So much more clearer especially whenever things get loud! I love the fact that I can turn it up and not worry about distortion, these things are so good.
The bass these produce is excellent, grant it, it isn't a full blown subwoofer, but these reach frequencies that are perfect for anyone that listens to edm, rap, and more.
The build quality on these are like no other, tweeters are secure, cone is mainly plastic but sturdy, everything about these speakers is everything that I've been looking for.
If you are able to go to bestbuy and compare the Kicker CS series with the KS series you will see what I mean when i say these things are CLEAR.

I've replaced my factory speakers with these jointz and, I was utterly amazed and satisfied with the sound quality and bass these things put out. If I could have 6×9's n my 4 doors and my dash, they'd b there. The price I paid 4 these speakers were affordable and, I can't stress how impressed I am. I give 5 STARS all around 4 these kickers and the affordable price that Best Buy offers. I say 2 any1 looking 4 quality replacement GO GET THESE!!!

These sound great! I paired them with a Sony DSX-GS80 and after setting up the equalizer, I have enjoyed much fuller and brighter sound. These have so much more range than the factory speakers. They really thump on the low tones and the highs sing out. Plus, Kicker speakers are developed in Stillwater, OK. Being from Oklahoma myself, I think that's a big draw for me. I won't get a lesser speaker ever again. I'm a Kicker fan!

Got 2 pairs of these to replace my speakers in my 8th gen maxima . Love it way better than the stock speakers. They sound good with the stock stereo. I was expecting it to sound like crap with the stock steeeo but they dont . Installing was easy i didnt get the speaker wire adapters i soldered the wires to the speaker. For the 8th gen maxima the holes dont line up for the read deck speakers . But i used the same screws and secured it by the speaker flanges . Maybe later ill make an adapter but for now it works .

Installed these in the front doors of a 2017 f-150. Have much improved clarity and bass over the factor paper 6x9’s. Initial quality out of the box looked good, and the supplied hardware and wiring worked well.
After installation, one speaker worked great, exactly as it should. The other speaker however, had a horrible rattle as if it were blown. Further inspection revealed that the area where the center of the woofer cone meets the stem of the tweeters was rubbing and creating friction and the terrible rattling noise. Some massaging of the cone with a pick and screwdriver fixed the clearance issue, but I was a little disappointed that I had to fix it at all.
Overall good speakers for the money, but test your speakers first before installing.
