    I got this in combination with a pair of 6.5 Kicker speakers for a discount. The tandem combo is loud for sure, but also has a SERIOUS background hiss. The amp is set at 50%, like the Kenwood Excelon amp in my other car. Difference is the hiss. I'm about to turn the amp way down in hopes it reduces that really loud hiss.

    Works perfect, set up was quick and easy. I tried a different brand and it was truly amazing THE TWO MONTHS IT LASTED. I wish I would not have wasted my time and just went with ol reliable Kicker like the one I have for my sun. This thing brought my speakers to life to keep up with the amazing bass in the back.
