Installation was easy overall, did have to get a KISL from Amazon to connect to rca on aftermarket stereo unit.

hideaway with a punch

Worth every penny. Easy install and added exactly what my stock system was missing. Fit under my passanger seat with ease.

meh...... was hoping for more thump

I bought 2 of these and had them professionally installed under the front seats in my Nissan Frontier. I have a decent Alpine head unit along with Alpine 6X9 components in the front and Alpine 6 1/4 in the rear doors. I wasn't expecting to win any audio competitions but these are literally meh. I also want to mention I'm powering the Alpine speakers with a 200W Alpine amp. It should thump more but it's barely better than the stock Logic 7 system in my 16 year old BMW. I would not buy these again. I went with hideways as I didn't want to spend a lot on my system and these had decent reviews but I'm just not feeling them.
