Not a sub that is going to blow the roof off your vehicle but for a small space this thing does the work. I have a single cab truck and at even half this little monter gets shakey

Reccomend you put it under your seat if you get this! Just not loud enough in the trunk.

Haven't had it installed yet. But for the price. It was a great deal. Hopefully everything goes smoothly.

It does not, as soon as you open it you will find you will need the adaptor (sold seperately) to actually hook it up to the subwoofer outputs on your stereo receiver. Otherwise you have to splice it in to your rear speakers. I called Best Buy and asked if they had the stupid adaptor, they do not, it would have to be specially ordered and cost somewhere around 40 dollars. This was an instant return. Other than that, it looked solid enough. It could probably take a beating.

It works great under my truck seat. If i could i would install two.

Installation fairly straightforward. Sound is decent, but has to be finely tuned or it can sound rough.

I purchased this for my wife for her Mercedes and it sounds good

Fast easy way to get a little thump! Sound quality, not high of course. Probably would be better with RCA jacks.

The bass is soft, not enough to be obviously there. Not enough to over-ride or equal the highs.

I bought this unit to increase the bass in my 2015 impala. I hoped it would fit under my seat, but it couldn’t. So, after getting it installed in my trunk (it was attached to the rear seat), I was still pleased with how little space it took up. Unfortunately, it did not sound any different unless I drove with the seat down. Even then, it wasn’t a dramatic shift in sound. I returned the unit and got a mono amp and stand-alone sub with enclosure for about a $20 difference in cost which gave me the sound I wanted without sacrificing a lot more space. I would still recommend this product for smaller vehicles. Placement WILL be the determining factor for how this unit will sound in your vehicle.

For a small car bass is good for a four door bass is bunker

Needed a kick harder than 6.5" door speakers can deliver but don't have a lot of room in my GTI. Took a little tweaking with the settings but I'm very pleased! The remote bass nob is really handy for adjusting to my listening mood.

Purchased this in December 2020 and have had to make 3 warranty claims since. First time the sub just stopped working, was told if I pay for shipping it will get fixed free of charge. Second time was a blown speaker that was blown upon the sub being returned to me. Paid another 35 in shipping to have that fixed. Now I’ve had this sub back for about 3 weeks and it has one again just stopped working and now that I have refused to pay another 35 in shipping to have this fixed again and the company has just decided to ignore my emails and the gentleman on the phone doesn’t seem like he has any interest in being helpful. I think I’ll write this one off and never buy another kicker product.
