When you install it for the first time, it sounds great, requires a minimum space and can hide at any place in your truck. 3 weeks later something was wrong with it and started do a bad noise every time the bass sounds. I think the enclosure wasn't too strong and got broke in some point, the quality of the sound was poor and if you turn the volume up there was that noise of a woofer without an enclosure. If you want to have just a LITTLE extra bass for your car it is definitely for you, but if you will run it to the maximum It would broke.

This device didn’t last long. It was only in my truck for 2 months and it stopped working. I would not recommend the product to anyone don’t waste your money on it. Spend a little extra money and get an amp and speakers. Make sure you purchase total tech so all you devices are covered under warranty!!

Was surprised be the bass for the small set up very nice

Wasn’t expecting much and did add some depth to music but by no means any more than a 6x9 that’s in my door. Worse yet is it stopped work 2 days after my 45 day return window.

The one star review isn’t really directed to the product but more to the Geek squad install (or lack there of) service. I bought this subwoofer to add a little kick to my stocked sound system. I even purchased the wiring kit to find out on the say of install that I didn’t need to buy the wiring kit because the kicker came with everything I needed. Before scheduling the appointment, I saw several YouTube videos and noticed that most people showing how to install under the driver or passenger seat had actually removed the seat to install the unit. Best Buy Geek squad didn’t want to do that. The “tech” said that the woofer wouldn’t slide into my seat and that they weren’t allowed to remove the car seat. Long story short, i had to return the item because geek squad couldn’t install the sub woofer.

My husband easily put this in with my new stereo system and it's amazing.

This is a decent product but comes standard in RV;s so I needed one.

Unfortunately, it was not fit for purpose for me as the sub was too big to fit under my seats and not large enough for my big trunk and rather loud engine.

It is one hell of a subwoofer. It is really excellent

Poor quality is being generous. I have had two of these blow on me within a year and only pushing them enough to provide bass to accent my music not rattle mirrors.

The sub never worked properly from the beginning. It cuts out often. Decent sound when working properly

Purchased for Grandson for his truck to add a bit more bass. This unit is absolutely worthless and was a waste of my time to install. Returned it to BB and they said it was junk, which would have been nice to hear BEFORE wasting my time with it.

I wish I had read the low star reviews first, because those were the ones that reflected my experience with this unit. It up and died roughly 7-9 months of owning it. It is still under warranty, but honestly that is just crap quality. I won't be buying this brand again and from the sound of it, their warranty department is backed up, so apparently their units die more often than not. I don't recommend, sadly.

Bought this subwoofer for my son for Christmas. He loves it.

I hooked this up in my 2020 tacoma. It did not sound good at all. It wanted to clip non stop. I could only have the gain on lik 5%. Im not sure why kicker would put in a amp that does not match the sub. Very disappointed. Returned the next day.
