Works good just wish it came in a 10” instead of only 8”

Bought this for my son, he has it mounted under his seat, he loves the thump I love the sound.

This amplifier fits really good under the seat of my truck

Poor communication between the Best Buy online employees and the installation technicians at the store. Unless you have a wide open space to install a big simple subwoofer box, geek squad can't do anything. The chat agents told me this sub would add good bass to my current system, but then the Merrillville geek squad tech said it wouldn't add any more bass. I thought this Hideaway was simple enough for geek squad to install but that was impossible too without removing stuff. The app gets your vehicle info for nothing.

Don’t know if it works. Have had to order additional adapters to hook up. Not sure what all is missing yet. Was open box item. Said everything was included but there is no cable for remote volume control

It only lasted 2 weeks blew the coil when turned up radio. My own mistake cuz i didn't have a separate amp to push it.

Piece of literal crap. It sounds ok but it lasts maybe a week. It doesn’t work at all now lights come in but no sound. The music I listen to is country and it can’t handle that bass don’t expect it to handle pop or hip-hop without burning up lol.

The concept is great but the exicution wasn't there. Didn't work like it should. Everyone has different experiences but at your own risk. I would spend the money on separate system.

I’m surprised this is a kicker product because it is horrible and only lasted a few hours! Literally the drive from Sparks NV to Fallon NV! The worst part is I purchased it a few weeks ago but I had to wait until my installation appointment, since it took a while to get my installation appointment now it is no longer available for return!

Not as loud as I wanted but bass is ok for 8” sub.

Was expecting a lil more bass considering its in an extended cab truck.

I put this in my dodge durango and can't hear it over my factory audio in the front seat. But when I open the back I can somewhat feel the bass. Not impressed at all.

If you’ve never had bass this might be a slight increase, but I am insanely disappointed by the sound/bass this thing puts out and feel it was a waste of money in all honesty.

Distorted bass and low quality. Maybe ok for a small car.

Love this sub enclosure. Thin enough to hide in your truck or car.

First one died in two days. They immediately sent us a new one. We will see how long it last.

After reading all the positive reviews, I thought I had found a way to get the sound I wanted with a tight space. So I put in NOT ONE but TWO of these subs. These things are NOT worth $250! Now I’ll be removing them and getting a 10in powered sub. Don’t waste your money on these, unless you want the sound of like 2 extra door speakers which is what these sound like.
