This was an open box item. I spent several hours wiring my truck to install this properly, only to find it didn’t work. When I called the Locker support, they told me the item was built in 2019, and marked defective in May of 2020. It seems that someone bought it, used it until it died and then returned it to. best buy. The item mustn’t have been tested before being sold again.

i love kicker products but this did not have the wirirng harness included.

I had this unit installed by best buy today, it's a HUGE let down. I am not an audio junkie BUT I know what good sound sounds like. I also went into this with very low expectations and was still disappointed. My vehicle had an 8" factory sub hooked up to my aftermarket radio and its sounded MUCH BETTER than this aftermarket sub does. I was instantly regretful as soon as I jumped into my truck and tried this out. I will be returning and sticking with my factory sub.

I got this one installed and it works intermittently. Kicker support has supported me really well so far with things to check. So far we have not resolved the problem though.

Didn’t come with wires or harness or mount or directions so I couldn’t use it now it sits here untouched and they wouldn’t take it back or give me what was missing that it said it had I. The box

small and not enough bass. I returned it. will not recommend to anyone.

LASTED A YEAR. SOUNDED OK FOR AN 8. STILL WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER.

Sounded good while it lasted, but it died after a year of use. Out of warranty. Waste of money.

Horrible customer service. Purchased 2 of these units. Still have one that someone returned in a different box( serial numbers dont match). Took it back the same day and Best Buy tore the box up and threw it back at me. Said there was nothing they could do. $300 lost.

Was advertised as an easy install but I was unable to do so. Would not recommend. They should install everything that is needed when you purchase this product.

lasted a couple of months and as soon as the return period from best buy ran out it died. i’m very dissapointed.

Missing parts when recieved other than that it looks to be in good condition

Found an open box at a store nearby because my original Kicker had stopped working. Plugged the open box amp in while I was in the parking lot to make sure it worked. It did. 4 days past the return date it stopped working too….now I have 2 that are useless. Not wasting any more money.

Coyld not get this to work at all i thought kicker name was better than this

Bought this for my friends birthday. It has only been a year and it just died. This is not worth your time or money.

Unfortunately I installed past the 30 days after purchase and realized after installation that it was defective, keeps turning on and off, according to what I read, it is a common problem with this model.

Sub was very basic, I got my hopes up; I’ve been contemplating returning it and upgrading to a subwoofer/box set up ran with a separate amplifier

I had 2 that were good for about a week until they both blew out simultaneously and I only had the bass knob turned half way.

Not worth any money at all.... truly disappointed with the sound! I should say noise. Installed 100+ car audio systems & this is officially the lamest non Existing bang for your buck.....Absolutely Garbage!

I loved the idea of being compact while providing both amp and sub but it doesn't sound good at all.
