    The sound quality isn’t the greatest. I have these hooked up to an external amp (watts and ohms sufficient). They don’t do really well with delivering deep notes so I turned on the HPF and added a second amp and subwoofer to compensate.

    I purchased these speakers to replace one blown in my truck they are OK but have a somewhat flat response in the Bass that could be designed for use with an EQ to correct but I did not have that problem with the JVC.

    My issue is with the sound quality and installation. Can't turn up speakers to load because they start popping then cut off. My fade to front and back and balance left to right don't work anymore. My GPS voice commands only come out of the front passenger speaker. My passenger talk option doesn't work anymore. Very disappointed. I chose Best Buy because I wanted professional installation & quality.

    I didn't like these at all I felt they didn't sound loud enough the highs just wasn't sounding right I put in JBL speakers and they sound amazing in my doors.

    These were a great for in my 2016 Jeep JK. They are ok for a replacement factory speaker but not the best sound quality.
