Thanks to Wee Spring Parent Panel for sending me the Kinsa Quick Care Thermometer. It is not a thermometer I would have sought out because I typically like an ear thermometer. Conveniently the day after I received the Kinsa Thermometer my daughter woke up with a fever. I downloaded the free app and gave the thermometer a try. The app let me set up individual profiles for each of my kids. I then selected the sick child’s profile and put the thermometer under her armpit. Much to my surprise a bunch of bubbles show up in the screen for your child to pop. This is a way of keeping them distracted while the temperature is being read. It was a great idea. All my kids (ages 7,6,4, and 1) enjoyed popping the bubbles. The temperature reading was done so quickly and accurately. I took it more than once to see how consistent it was, and to my pleasant surprise it was very consistent each time. My ear thermometer is never as accurate and consistent as the Kinsa! I also like that the app keeps the time you took the temp so you can compare through the day. It also asks for other symptoms to record and then offers advice on the illness. This thermometer will replace our ear thermometer 100%. I’ve already suggested it to other moms because of the consistency, accuracy, and the app! That app is super handy! I'm so picky when it comes to a good thermometer for my family. I've tried a bunch and end up not liking them because of it not being accurate. My friend mentioned how she uses a Kinsa for her kids and how it syncs to your phone! I was looking to buy a Kinsa QuickCare Thermometer and one shows up in my mailbox thanks to weeSpring Parent Panel. Talk about perfect timing! The set up is so easy. I added the app to my phone and I was able to create a profile for each family member which is awesome. Before the app I was tracking the temperatures on my phone notepad so I can tell the Doctor details. The Kinsa QuickCare took my daughter's temp very quick and to keep her distracted from moving too much the app showed bubbles being popped with a countdown. It was a cute distraction and my favorite part! After the temperature logged it will give you helpful suggestions: Let your child rest and give plenty of fluids or call your doctor immediately or if your child is uncomfortable give acetaminophen or ibuprofen. I can also log in medicine dosage to keep track of. You can log in symptoms or illness diagnosis as well which is super helpful. The reminder alert is super helpful especially at night when you are too tired to set up an alarm yourself. Overall, we love this product and would recommend it to friends and family.

I have two children (7 and 3) and did basal body temperature checks for almost two years when I was trying to get pregnant so I have LOTS of experience with thermometers. I have tried them all, cheap digitals, back of the ear, expensive temporal, “fast” Bluetooth enabled and old fashioned mercury that I had to have imported from India. None of if these options consistently worked well in all situations. So when the weeSpring Parent Panel offered to provide me with this product to test and provide feedback, I jumped at the chance. The Kinsa works consistently in all situations. Seriously, this thermometer is great! It is super fast, easy to use, accurate and with the Kinsa app all of your data is conveniently stored for easy review later which will come in handy when we have those inevitable middle of the night temperature checks when the girls are sick. It was easy for all of us to use (even my 3 year old was able to get an accurate oral temperature reading!) and I love how the app stores the temperatures separately for each family member. The actual thermometer body is soft and flexible which makes is really comfortable to use. I highly recommend this thermometer.

This digital thermometer is great; it has the app to help keep up with temps and times for each person in your family. When taking your temperature, you can see it on the app and/or the thermometer. I highly recommend this thermometer.

Thanks to the Weespring parent panel we received a Kinsa quickcare thermometer. In order to use this thermometer you need to download an app. If you’re a mom like me, I have a million other apps already on my phone, plus a million pics taking up all the space on my phone. It would be nice to be able to use this with and without the app. After downloading the app, I did appreciate the fact that you can keep track of past temps, symptoms, illnesses and especially the med dose and times. I have forgotten med times in the past so this was a nice feature. Also, it can be very handy when having to talk to the doctor about the kids symptoms. The thermometer itself was very accurate and compact enough to carry on trips or in the diaper bag. For my older kids (7 & 8 years) it was very easy to use under their tongue or armpit, for my 17 month old, not so much. I prefer to use the forehead or ear thermometer for her.

I received the kinda quickcare thermometer through the weespring parent panel and I must say what an awesome product. The app as well as the thermometer were easy to navigate, I had my profile and thermometer up and running in about 5 minutes. I love that I can have a different profile for everyone in the family that way I can keep track of their fevers and symptoms. It works extremely well for our family because my husband has been sick on and off and this way I will be able keep track of his symptoms if he does get sick. Best part I can show the Dr and they can track it from their, so agr we haven't had to use it thankfully since everyone has been healthy. I must say my favorite part is that I can have a profile for everyone in my household and that it keeps track of fevers, symptoms and medications given

This thermometer is awesome. It reads quickly and accurately. I LOVE the app portion so much more than I thought I would. My favorite part was when my son was sick, it tracked his temperature for us easily with minimal effort on my part and we could report that back to his doctor. Also, you can us the app to track different family members too. The hip of the thermometer is soft and flexible which is nice too. I would definitely recommend this to others. When my kids were very young, I would have preferred an ear version for ease use, but mine aren’t infants any longer and this one worked great. I love this thermometer!! I can’t even say how many other brands of thermometers I’ve tried that are either inaccurate or take too long.. or both. The Kinsa Quick Care Thermometer is fast and accurate which is exactly the combination you want, especially if you have two little ones, ages 4 and 2, like I super! Not only is it fast and accurate, but it automatically uploads to your app (super easy to use) so you can remember the kids’ temperature and if and when you gave them medications! It’s seriously the only thermometer you will ever need!!!

I received this thermometer from my daughter's elementary school so our Kinsa app lets us know what is going on in the school as well. One of my favorite features of the app is the elephant while we are taking the temperature. It distracts my kids and lets me quickly get an accurate temperature. I also like that you can record the temperature, any other symptoms, any medication given, etc. When your child is sick and you are worried and tired, it is so nice to be able to pull up and know their trending temperatures and what has helped.

I actually have the older version of this thermometer. I have loved this thermometer and the app for many years. It has been accurate and is quick. I appreciate how I can enter symptoms along with the temperature. I can also have different profiles for each member of my family and can look back on their history. I’m happy with the old one but would also love to get the even easier thermometer for the ear since I know I’d be happy with it since it’s a Kinsa.

We purchased this thermometer for our new baby to have something easy and fast to use in the newborn stage. It definitely fits the bill! Setup with the app is very easy, and having the temps recorded is so convenient. I can take little guys temperature without waking him, and so far it has proven to be very accurate. I feel confident in the information I give to his pediatrician when using our Kinsa!

This is a super thermometer. It's very quick, accurate, and easy to use. I like that I'm able to track my whole families temp history in the app (makes it easy for doctor's visits). I'd been using ear thermometers for awhile and was reticent to go back to an oral thermometer, but I'm glad I made the switch. I received this thermometer in exchange for my review.

Kinsa has a connected app that automatically tracks the temperature reading, but also prompts for symptom input, making it easy to recap to your doctor. It also provides guidance on what to next based on the reading and symptoms. It is small, comfortable to use, sturdy and easy to read as well.

Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with this Ear Thermometer. It is so easy to use and I love that it has an app so I can track when and what temperature. I always forget when I'm on the phone with the doctor and now I won't have that problem! I set up both kids on the app in no time and was able to track both easily.

I am super impressed with the Kinsa QuickCare Thermometer. Setup was a breeze, even for someone who is not incredibly tech-savvy. The app recognized the thermometer right away and synced very quickly. Readings take a brief 8 seconds and are easily read on the backlit display. Red indicates a fever while green signifies no fever. I noticed right away that the Kinsa QuickCare thermometer was a quality product made with nice materials. The probe is soft and flexible, and I love that it comes with a nice little storage pouch. The app though, is what really sets this thermometer apart from others I have used. It is very user friendly and intuitive. It allows you to set up a profile for each member of your family and tracks temperatures taken as well as other symptoms. It even allows you to track when you last gave medication or set a reminder of when to give the next dose. This thermometer would be a great gift for a new mom! I’m grateful for the opportunity to test this product through the weeSpring Parent Panel!

We have a bit of a different situation, because having an accurate thermometer could mean the difference between life and death for my daughter. My girl suffered from a hidden infection for several weeks, with crying spells and normal temps that had doctors and us baffled. But one day, her temp dropped to 94, and by the next day, she was sent straight to the hospital, where she stayed for the next 10 days. Since then, she has had many spells where her temperature drops, and in those moments, I need to know exactly what it is so I can treat her appropriately and get it back up to where it needs to be. We have used Kinsa for the last 4 years, even before the infection, and know we can trust the information we are getting. It keeps track of the temps and allows us to share with her medical team, and all our family members have benefited from using it.

On its face and I think for most parents, this would be a great addition to the household medicine cabinet. I love the ability to track information on my phone, have history and notes available if we go to the doctor (and not needing to be pulled from what is likely a sleep deprived memory), and all the other great features it offers. Our test (thermometer provided to us for free from WeeSpring for an unbiased review), however, did not go as hoped or planned. Neither of my stubborn yet adorable children would cooperate long enough to take an accurate reading or use the thermometer. Temperature-taking has been an issue for us since they were infants, and now at ages 4 & 7, I still struggle with this at home. For parents whose chlldren will cooperate, I definitely recommend this and think it's got good potential to help track information. The thermometer itself seems to be high quality, easy to read, and durable, with good storage features. I have enjoyed the app itself and plan to continue to use that, even without being able to take advantage of the thermometer/temperature readings and automatic logging with my kids. In short, the app itself is worth a download for sure, and if you can find the thermometer that works for your family, I would definitely recommend.

After a hellacious few days of sickness and fighting having their temperature taken, my kids were excited to try the Kinsa thermometer. We all loved the flexible shaft, making it a lot more comfortable for my 2yo to hold in her mouth. I downloaded the app, which was easy to do if you've ever downloaded an app before. Setting up my profile and adding family members was a breeze. I loved they once a temperature was read, the app asked for other symptoms and suggested next steps based on the profile of the person whose temp was being read. My only complaint is that the app doesn't sync across multiple devices. I downloaded it to my phone and my iPad. The app only "works" on whichever device is Bluetooth connected to the thermometer. I'd love to see a feature where the thermometer and app are linked so that I'd receive notifications on my other devices when it was being used, and also the results of the reading. I would 100% recommend this thermometer to my family and friends. It's easy to set up, easy to use and has a handy little storage bag. It also fits the disposable thermometer covers which are a must if you have more than one kid! I purchased Kinsa about a year ago after my thermometer went out during a bad sickness. I found Kinsa at the store and was so impressed by the new age features! This thermometer is exactly what this mom of 4 little kids needs. It electronically transfers my children’s temp to the app and helps me keep track of all the information regarding their illness. On their app I can keep track of symptoms, diagnosis, medicines they have taken and all the past temps. With multiple kids sick at once I’ve found it so hard to keep track of all this information. Kinsa thermometer is super quick at taking temperatures on wiggly little kids and tracks how you took the temp for the most accuracy (arm pit, mouth, etc). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or purchase this thermometer for someone else!

We have a family with four kids and the Kinsa QuickCare Thermometer is my new favorite thermometer. Before trying the Kinsa QuickCare Thermometer, we have been using a thermometer that reads temperatures on the forehead. One aspect of the Kinsa QuickCare Thermometer I like is that it has a flexible, rubber like end so if your child bites on the thermometer, you do not have to worry about it breaking. My favorite aspect about this thermometer is the app that works with the Kinsa QuickCare Thermometer. The app is super easy to use and I was able to add all six members of our family very easily and quickly. The app allows you to keep track of when anyone has a fever, any symptoms, the timing of any medication given and when to give medicine next.
