The sales people were very helpful and friendly. The oven itself only last 2 weeks before breaking down. I called the store and they were very helpful, we had another oven delivered within a week. Their service response was excellent, hope this one lasts longer.

I like this oven a lot. However the bar was pretty low since I haven't had a working oven in 5+ years! This oven was easy to install, looks nice and works well. It does run a little hot so I have to adjust the temp setting.

We used the self cleaning cycle after the oven was two months old. The oven quit running when in the cleaning cycle. The display went blank and the oven door locked. We had a policy with Best Buy but they sent us to KitchenAid as they work on their products in the first year. I self diagnosed the oven with a blown interior fuse. Best Buy repair man from KitchenAid never came out, did not call when they set up their appointment after not showing, and ordered the replacement part. So we have been without an oven for going on a month with a three month old oven. After looking online, I found many people have the same problem with this kitchen aid oven. Obviously, it is a design flaw. Best Buy should give me a new oven of another brand. I am no longer interested in this brand. I’m not I will buy anything from Best Buy in the future as they have not stood behind their products.

Love this oven. Best part is that the racks are wide on this oven, rather than deep, so I can load cookie sheets and roasters "sideways" instead of pushing it far in. Easier to get hot things out for me as I can grip the pan better.

Works well; fan is noisier than I would prefer; otherwise fine

After having it for 2 weeks, my wife used the self-clean feature and it blow the fuse in the oven. Part was order and I made an Appointment with geek squad and made arrangements to come back out. That was another 2 weeks without my brand new oven. Still didn't fix the problem. So we order another one and it took another 12 weeks.

Happy wife happy life, she always wanted a second oven for the preparing Sunday diners for family and friends. This was the right size and fit well with existing updated kitchen. Still getting use to convection cooking but so far so good and very easy to operate.

We ran the cleaning cycle and 2 components failed in second year of ownership. KitchenAid denied warranty coverage. I will never buy another KitchenAid appliance. How is it possible that use of a standard feature results in failure? And then to deny coverage for replacement parts and service? The warranty is virtually worthless. Look carefully. The warranty statement says: Ten Year Limited Warranty, But almost nothing is covered after the 1st year. And ten years only applies if it has a microwave! Guess what? This oven does not have a microwave. That's pretty limited. DON'T BUY.

Once the oven heats up it bakes well. One quirk that it has , it has to preheat again after you insert what you are going to cook.

Great oven has all the features easy to use wish it had temperature pro like a bigger models

The oven has most of what anyone would want. It heats up a bit slower than I thought and the temp is probably 25 degrees below what the display indicates. One needs to adjust cooking time for that.

The oven is very easy to use and cooks food evenly. It looks great and I love the three shelves. This was unexpected in a relatively small oven. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Love my new oven. My first time owning a Convection Oven. It cooks fast and even. My cakes are sooooo moist and fluffy you cannot eat it with a fork.

Still familiarizing myself with this beauty. Can't stop burning the bottom of the bread, cake and whatever, else ... lol

My house is old and only 24" can fit the cabinet. This oven has convention mode and my wife likes it. Also hidden coil design makes clean easily.

This unit was installed on October 5th. The installer told me to put the oven on at 350 degrees for 1 hour to let it break in. I did that right away. I have now used the oven about 15 times. There is a toxic smell every time that takes all the windows to be open to rid the house of it. It is winter here so not practical. I am concerned about what the toxic fumes might be doing to my family. There is no way that I can use the oven.

The oven temp control was faulty after installation. It would burn a package of Pillsbury rolls in 5 minutes as opposed to the directions of 17 minutes! Turns out a new potentiometer was required to regain functionality.
