It has taken some time for me to get used to it. It does take a bit longer than my old oven to preheat. However, I like the way it cooks and I have many options!

So far it seems to cook evenly. I was surprised that there is a fan that circulates the heat during cooking time. I am very happy that I chose this oven since my space only allowed a 24" oven.
