    When I saw this in the store refrigerator was shocked by her beauty. Many storage drawers a spacious freezer. LED lighting is good, I love the individual light on the tablets. The color of the interior is charming. Eventhough I decided to buy my stove was Samsung. It was the perfect refrigerator to my large family. All that changed when making my first purchase of supermarket. It has three levels but two are too small. There is not a comfortable level to store containers of juices, their tablets only be configured in a way. I had to change the sizes of items that fit on the tablets. At the door where the ice basket is not enough to keep a bottle of ketchup space. Not much room for several different meals. Its exterior Stainless Steel material is of poor quality, I have a constant struggle with mold. It is stain very easily. It has two drawers in the center which came uneven and can not be fixed. The freezer is spacious but does frost. The handle of the freezer for no apparent reason detachment. In conclusion I would not recommend it for a large family like mine.

    Looks great but that's it. Leaks from the ice maker, water puddles on freezer gasket, loud ice maker. Not a lot of room in freezer. Drawers are not very deep.

    I purchased an "excellent condition" KitchenAid. When I picked it up it was totally professionally wrapped so I didnt look inside. When I finally had it installed and we opened the wrapping we were shocked at the condition. Not only were shelves broken but there were food and liquid stains in the drawers! Still have not received response from Best Buy!!!

    It’s pretty but poorly made.

    This refrigerator is beautiful and if you believe the description on Kitchenaid’s website, will be a centerpiece of your dream kitchen. Unfortunately It is built poorly and has not bestowed any of the value I was led to believe it possessed. THREE MONTHS into owing this appliance, the ice maker has ceased to work. Multiple appointments have been made and I’ve now reverted to buying ice at the gas station. There are leaks and drops on my new floors as every time i open the door, water drips out. It also leaks onto the tray in front where you’d place a glass for filling. I have to sop that up every morning. The trim pieces on the front of the shelves are shoddy and two of them have already come off. And it’s not as easy as just putting them back on either so whenever I move anything inside, I’m almost guaranteed to have to replace them afterwards. The freezer compartment has an issue as well, because half of the food in there has ice crystals formed on top as if there’s a draft or an issue with the seal. I almost bought the matching range, but after reading the issues with that, I held off to see how I fared with this fridge first. Really glad I did. The two stars are really only for its beauty as it is one gorgeous fridge, but the design does not bear out its function. Literal real life clickbait

    I Wish I Could Love This Fridge...But Can't

    Have you ever wanted to give something a 5-star review but can't? Yep, this is an example. When this KitchenAid fridge works it is great. But I cannot tell you how much trouble it has been. Around a year in we started having various trouble, including the ice maker. Every time Best Buy sent out a crew for repair it got worse. 8 service calls and, after six months, it failed completely. It then took over a month to get BB to agree to replace the fridge. They brought it out and, within hours it was leaking all over the kitchen due to improper installation. It took two more service calls to get it fixed...(and BB was initially going to make us wait 8 days to come out and address the leak until I reached out to senior corp. management?). It's now working but occasionally makes the same grinding sound we noticed when the trouble started with the first fridge. I LOVE the design. The separate pull-out drawers are brilliant. But I can only say our experience with reliability has been lousy and service abysmal.

    Nothing but issues with ice maker

    From day 1 we had an issue with the ice maker leaking water. Best Buy did not want to take back the fridge. I've had 9 warranty repairs so far and at this point the ice maker was turned off. Will wait to see what the manufacturer will do next. If I could do it again I would NOT buy this fridge.

    Beautiful fridge with lots of malfunctions

    This is a gorgeous unit inside and out, with a ton of convenience and storage space. Can't be matched for value. Unfortunately in the 4 years we owned it, we had problems with the freezer, interior lighting, temperature controls, ice maker and water dispenser. We finally had to throw in the towel and replace it under the Geek Squad warranty which was honored after many many repair attempts over a long period of time. If you get a good unit, you'll love it but many reviews I've seen indicate similar problems. Buyers beware.

    Doesn't last long

    We've had this fridge for 3.5 years. Love the look and layout but just crapped out on us. Not very long for a 'high end' refrigerator.

    Very disappointed with ice maker

    Replaced my 4 yr old GE Profile because of freezer motor noise and under performing ice maker. My salesman was knowledgeable but my wife and I explained that we had also explained to the last salesperson we were wanting maximum ice production. I now store extra bags of ice in my garage freezer and have to manually add ice to the ice bin 2-3 times a week. Shouldn't have to do this; it's not over worked as we just built our home and have a separate ice maker in our bar area.

    Great Space, Electrical Problems

    Absolutely love the space, love the organization inside how well you can see everything and know where things are it's definitely a great design. However after having the first fridge replaced due to led lights not turning on inside after 5 mins of having it delivered I had to wait another 2 weeks for my first exchange for another new one. And over the past weekend of having it replaced I finally had the led lights work HOWEVER the shelves also have led lighrs aren't turning on now and now I have to wait again another 2 more weeks for another delivery exchange. I would really love the product if it would only work properly because of how expensive it is and you would think that for it to be kitchenaid which is a higher brand than whirlpool it wouldnt have these issues but I will only cross my fingers the 3rd one works otherwise I'll just simply return it.

    The icemaker gave out, the water dispenser isn't great. It keeps items cold but overall, don't recommend. This was such an expensive fridge, I really was expecting more.

    Looks aren’t everything

    Looks great, fingerprints and scratches easily. Bottom freezer door came with dent in it which I didn’t notice right away. The first week my 10 year daughter thought she was being helpful and put a magnet on the front door and moved it around to get in just the right place. As you can imagine it scratched the stainless. The magnet had been on the old fridge and moved all over it and never scratched it. Had to adjust the door myself as it was crooked and didn’t close properly. Ice maker is noisy! Not much room in the doors so many of my condiments take up space on the shelves. Something spilled down the front door not long ago and it didn’t get wiped off till 2 dats later, left a permanent mark. Poor grade of stainless. Definitely not worth the money. My old fridge is in the garage as a second fridge and still running great. I wish I would have just ordered new lower drawers for it for $80 and saved myself a ton of money. I will never buy Kitchen Aid again, as I also replaced my dishwasher and stove at the same time with matching Kitchen Aid. Problems with both of those. I waited a long time to have higher end matching appliances and I’m very disappointed in Kitchen Aid.

    Stay Clear

    Overall, one of the worst fridges we have ever owned. Be bought this fridge for its looks and high-end feel of the pulls. While this fridge does look good, it is designed terribly and fails mechanically. Less than 3 years of ownership and after numerous service calls for various repairs of the icemaker, freezer, drawer electronics, and water dispenser, we are getting a new fridge since the latest problem doesn't have a part available to fix it. Thank goodness we bought the protection plan or we'd be out of luck.

    Good but not quite worth the extra $$$

    So its really not a bad fridge. We were looking at similar models that were a few grand cheaper but this was the only one available for immediate delivery, and when you have a broken fridge in the middle of a heat wave you have very little choice. I do appreciate the extra compartments as it makes organization much easier. Aside from that, i don't quite get what makes this fridge so ridiculously overpriced. It doesn't even prevent fingerprints! And quite frankly they are not easy to wipe off either. I feel like for all that extra money it could have at LEAST had that feature, even though the less expensive fridges absolutely did. Ultimately, i completely disagree with the overinflated cost and would highly recommend getting one of the less expensive models instead.

    Persistent Issues

    Now I understand the push to get a service contract on the refrigerator, 1.5years into ownership experience and it’s issue prone. Now the interior lights are not working. Couple this with the noisy normal operation and you get more disappointment.

    Poor Shelving

    Love the look and the ideal of immeasurable storage. Please don't be deceive. The shelving has a great look but not sturdy. Items heavier then a can good causes on the shelving to tilt inwardly as if the items will fall out when opening the doors. We had a family cookout and leftovers look like a disaster waiting to happen. The storage bins slides in and out as long as you don't put a jug of milk on the shelving. When you use the ice/water dispenser; it throws ice chips everywhere and water runs down the door. A draining mechanism would been nice. The rolling wheels does NOT support the weigh of the frigid. It done a number on our kitchen's floor. Stay away from this train wreck. However, it has a great look.

    Started amazing, then ice maker went out

    We have had the refrigerator for less than 2 years, and what started out as an amazing refrigerator, it has now shown itself to be a lemon. Ice maker went out and even the replacement has yet to work. For how much this refrigerator is selling for, I would not recommend this.

    The issues with a broken ice box then issues with the drawer and it taking over 2 months to get parts and repair has caused me to get a new refrigerator. Major flaw in the design was to put the drawer button display right under the ice/water dispenser. bad design.
