Dazzling platinum interior with great lighting! Bought this beautiful refrigerator in November just before Thanksgiving and have loved the depth of shelves as well as width of shelving compared to our old side by side refrigerator. I only gave 4 stars in my rating on the KitchenAid website, but now that I’ve used the refrigerator a little longer, I’m bumping my rating up to 5 stars on this website. This refrigerator is very deep and holds more than you would think. We had a fresh turkey, ham, and all the other fixings that were easily stored for our holiday feasting pleasure. The separate drawers for keeping our deli/cheese/butter organized and my veggies fresh (love the filters included w/attachments for different compartments) are absolutely a plus. It's been great to open only the drawers for our dairy products and veggies, rather than the larger compartment - seems to really keep everything fresh longer with enough organizational options to suit different uses over time (adjustable settings on the drawers). I also like the auto-fill feature for measuring out water for our kettle and other cooking needs. Although I had some misgivings about the short space for the door shelves on the right side, the space was adjustable and with the middle shelf now being used as our taller item shelf, it has worked out fine after all. The refrigerator meets our needs with such an elegant visual appeal! My only negative view involves one small design issue: the opening "button" for the ice maker is very hard to actually open and a bit inferior compared to all other components. However, perhaps I just need to get use to using it. Overall, this is a small thing compared to how much we love our new frig!

The Best Buy Geek Squad rep came to our house to assure everything was compatible with our space, water lines, etc. That was a good experience. The refrigerator was delivered and set up as promised. This is an impressive refrigerator. It’s spacious and quiet. I especially love the soft close drawers and the LED lights on the edges of the shelves inside the refrigerator. The door controls are easy to operate with light pressure. Because we are on a reverse osmosis system, we did have to install a booster pump to make the ice maker/water dispenser work more efficiently.

This fridge is amazing. I love the beverage and produce drawers. The measured water dispenser is a fun feature. I tried out asking 1 cup of water and used a measuring cup. It was spot on. I’m not sure how much it will be used. Maybe I can set it for the kids water bottles and they will stop overfilling them. The freezer has a lot of room. The lighting inside is great

We love this refrigerator. It is very well designed. It is also .1 cubic foot smaller than my old refrigerator, but seems twice as large. I can’t express how glad I am we did it. I love KitchenAid. Love the drawers in the freezer. I can fit so much more in it with the 2 inner drawers. Great job!

I'm very much enjoying this unit. Solid consistent temps throughout, solid functionality, great organization potential. The lighting inside the unit itself is nice. I was unsure about the freezer initially, but love the organization. I also enjoy the two smaller pull out drawers for easy/frequent access items. I feel like the money spent reflects the quality received. The ice maker takes a bit of time initially, but haven't had any complaints with output once the bin fills.

Love this fridge! We originally purchased it from another vendor but they kept pushing out our delivery date by months - crazy time! Best Buy came through when their website showed we could pick it up the next day (it deliver it to our house in a months time). We needed a fridge asap so we placed an order for pick up and it was there! We brought a moving truck with a ramp and let me tell you - this fridge is HEAVY. 5 Best Buy workers came outside while it was snowing to help push it up the ramp on the dolly. Anyway. If you can have best deliver and install… I would recommend. It was a pain getting into the house. I did need to buy an I’ve maker hose from Home Depot to connect the water line to the fridge. I love this fridge! The middle doors are clutch. We are big sparkling water drinkers so it’s so nice having easy access drawers for that. The amount of food I can store while also being able to easily see what’s inside is great too. I’ve had this fridge 4 months now and it’s performed great! No issues with the ice machine or water dispenser. Knocks: the left door sits lower than the right door so they aren’t aligned. We had a kitchen aid tech come out and he said if it’s within 1/4 inch difference they don’t consider it a defect. Another knock is we have water bottles that have the oz numbers listed - the fridge says it’s dispensing a certain amount but when we measure it, it’s way off. We tried calibrating it but didn’t fix the problem. So we just don’t use that feature - it’s not important to us. **picture note - this was taken right after we installed it and we hadn’t put the bumper/guard on at the bottom yet.

This refrigerator is simply gorgeous. I looked at many others, but came back to this one. The style surpassed all others. The color alone of the interior is unlike any other refrigerator I have seen. This is a beautiful silver color, which took my breath away. The functionality of the 2 lower slide out bins, means I do not have to open the entire unit, thus allowing for cold air to escape from large upper unit. The freezer is large and has 3 sliding trays.

This was a replacement for another brand and our first Kitchenaid. It is a big unit but still fits well in our small kitchen area. This is the most expensive unit (of any brand) offered at Best Buy and other retailers in our area. We did purchase an extended warranty. The produce drawer and produce preserver cartridge is amazing. Our vegetables last significantly longer than in any other unit since. We love the multi function drawer and have it set to cold drinks right now. But it can easily be adjusted to meat/produce or deli. The freezer has 3 trays and the bottom tray has a deep well to fit large items like pizza. We used it to temporarily put Push Pops there. The door trays don't hold milk easily as they are deep. You can adjust where you put them in the slots. I attached photos. I love the flat sliding compartment on the bottom of the frame. I put my eggs in there. you can see how many you have left at a quick glance.

I have heard negative reviews about this refrigerator but I am pleased with my purchase. It is a beautiful product and I get compliments when visitors see it. The product has a lot of room for storage and it categorizes your shopping items for the proper temperature storage.

I love my Kitchen Aid Fridge Very spacious Simple design

Our old side by side refrigerator was never satisfactory. The compartments were too narrow and too deep. This new refrigerator has resolved ll those issues. The doors are wide, the compartments are deep. Shelves are easily adjusted to accommodate our food items. The pull out freezer is deep and comes with two shallow shelves plus a compartment just inside the door for frozen pizzas. The two middle drawers are deep enough to hold fresh produce and meats. We like the left hand drawer which has an adjustable setting to thaw frozen meats. In short, we have no complaints, whatsoever about this unit.

I love this refrigerator. The 3 drawers in the freezer and the hidden pizza nook are so spacious. The extra drawers make it so much easier to manage my produce and lunch meats. The ice maker was a little slow to get going but once it is full it seems to do the job well. Oh! One more thing I love is the ice dispenser. You will have to buy one to understand why though!

I like so much. It is work excellent. The lights inside are so brilliant.

Our last refrigerator was a Samsung 29 cubic feet refrigerator that served us for 12 years but the leak and ice build was manageable until the end.my wife and I did our homework and found this KitchenAide that we liked and so far no complaints at all it’s upholding its reputation. I would recommend this refrigerator

New to me are the 2 drawers which are so convenient for produce and cold drinks. The fridge section is roomy and will accommodate any size tray or tall bottle. Love the bright lit interior. Plenty of ice is in the ice maker. Nice dividers in the freezer, plus 2 pull out trays. Even like the knurled ? Jandles with red buttons on each end, which can even be traded out for black, I think.

So far so good. While this model doesn’t have the biggest interior it is laid out nicely. Love the LED lighting. It’s easy to see what you have in the fridge. I wish the owner manual was more in-depth - it lacked error code messages. Had to go online and search when we had power failure.

I was nervous because of some of the bad reviews, I’ve had it a week now and absolutely love our new fridge!! It changes the look and feel of my kitchen we love it! FYI The icemaker does just fine! If you hosting a party (8-12 people) go get a large bag of ice that’s expected! It’s more than enough for my family of 5, my daughter eats crush ice all day everyday.

This product has plenty of space, functionality and convenience . The 5 drawers are fantastic. The drawers are independent and can be clean with ease. If something accidentally spills up top, it does not spills to the bottom of the refrigerator. The lighten is soft but still bright.

Perfection! I’ve had the fridge for 2 weeks and I can’t say enough good about it. Worth every penny! However Best Buy installers were terrible. Don’t waste your money paying for installation. You still end up doing it all.
