Easy to use, user friendly, very sleek and stylish and love how it lights up. Great choice.

We replaced our 12yr old Jenn Air oven and what a difference. The brightness inside both ovens is awesome. Once you are done cooking the oven cools itself much quieter than our last one. We like the timer once an item is put inside the oven. Easy enough to install myself.

These ovens replaced the original ovens in our house. It is a step up. They are wonderful! they were in stock at Best Buy when no one else had them.

This is the second time we have purchased the ovens. Had and loved them at our previous house.

This oven is awesome! Very quite and cooks perfectly. Only downfall is, I can't get the thermometer probe to funtion. No handbook with instructions either.

Ovens have been installed and have performed well to date; have not used them long enough to give more input! Love the light within oven compartment and very nice read-out display!

Finally caught this oven on sale and wish I had not waited! This oven is amazing, so quiet you can't even hear it run. KitchenAid makes great products and this is top of the line.

Initially, started only using the convection feature to force myself in learning how to use but returned to conventional baking because I was pending too much time “tweaking.” I do like the oven but be patient if it’s your first convection oven.

This is wonderful product and it was super easy to install. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a double oven!

We bought this KitchenAide Double Oven to replace our old one. This oven is great. The large window fronts and bright lights inside make it easy to see your bake goods, etc.

Old oven in cabinet expired. Used the installation service. They came out measured, recommended a unit and installed it with no issues. Oven works great. Glad we did b/c we had an odd sized double oven which was difficult to find a replacement.

Love it. We up graded from a slide in range to these. So nice

We are on try #4 with this oven. First one had a bent part, so instead of replacing the part, best buy can only replace the whole oven. 3 Weeks later, and many hours of phone holding, (8+)we are able to schedule a replacement. A week after scheduling the appointment time comes and goes. No call, no communication, no email, just a no show. Long story short, oven #2 finally gets installed. Works great for 1 day, then stops working. Repair person says that it needs to be replaced and puts it in our garage for pick-up. ANOTHER 3 weeks later we have an appointment to install oven #3. The installer calls and tells us this oven is all dented up and he doesn't think it can be installed. We have to call and set up ANOTHER appointment to get another oven and get it installed. So another week and another 5+ hours on the phone with so called "customer service" and we have an appointment for 2 weeks later to install oven #4. The oven might be great, but do not get it from Best Buy.

My oven was delivered and efficiently installed on the date promised. From performance and attractiveness ,this Kitchen Aid double wall oven is a substantial improvement over the Dacor oven that it replaced.,

This is our second Kitchen Aid oven. The first oven lasted 20 years! Love this double oven’s look and ease of use. Super sleek and efficient. I am working on the temp regulation right now which is explained well how to do so in the owners manual. I highly recommend this oven!!

My double oven is just what I wanted. I love it. My sales lady talked to me about convection cooking and said I’d love it and I do! Delivery man was nice and did excellent job. It’s perfect!
