I love the sliding racks for heavier items. It's great to have an oven that works so well again. Everything comes out perfect. And the installers did a great job.

My sales lady talked to me about convection cooking and said I’d love it and I do! Delivery man was nice and did excellent job. It’s perfect!

It heated up quickly and had no issues. We recently moved and had the same ovens installed in the new house and are very disappointed. It takes about 15 minutest to get the over to heat up to 350 degrees! The last ovens took 5-8 minutes about. I am going to call for service, but things are not being manufactured the same since Covid.

Great oven

And the finish is exactly what I wanted and also it matches all other appliances we have in our cuustom made kitchen. We have lots of complement about the new oven we bought from Best Buy so far.

Love the easy-pull shelves. It does heat up the kitchen when both ovens are running for a long time. But the ability to cook it all at once trumps that.

If I could change anything it would be the color of the interior. Would love for it to be blue like the stainless steel unit instead of black.
