One major problem... it doesn't heat accurately. Digital reads 450, but pizza taking 25m vs. 15m. I bought a thermometer and it reads 375 when unit says 450. To be sure I bought the Kitchen Aid thermometer.

We liked the price / feature and 'look' of this oven and it seems to be doing well. It has been installed for 2 months and are very pleased.

It cooks food perfectly and looks nice both inside and out. I love the handles too along with the black stainless exterior.

I especially like that both ovens have built in meat thermometers. The black stainless looks great in my kitchen!

great double oven - but only one timer?

I would say they thought of everything, but there is only one timer. My old double oven had timer 1 and timer 2 so you could have one for each oven. Also, if you happen to touch the timer sensor more than once and think you are setting a time, you may be changing the temperature of your oven. I think the timer could be better - but other than that the ovens are great.

The controls and display are very clean. Overall, we are very happy. Best Buy installed it and hauled away our old oven--quick and easy.

The automatic convection feature is fantastic. The slide out main tray is awesome. Can't imagine how far technology has come!
