As appliances go, this is a great oven. Super easy to use, easy to clean and looks great.

We replaced a 20 year old GE oven, and love the kitchen aid model we selected. The blue interior is so pretty, the oven light is so bright you can actually see inside! Other reviewers commented on the low volume of the timer-- read the instructions, the sound defaults to low but you can adjust much higher. So very happy with our kitchen aid- well worth the price!

Very pretty in the kitchen. Still learning how to use it. Sure it can do much more than I have learned so far. Works nice for proofing bread. Only complaint is it shows fingerprints very badly even when I'm very careful not to touch it much. Have other stainless that's easy to keep clean. This oven, however, very difficult to keep clean on outside.

Happy so far (oven installed 12/12) with Kitchen Aid double oven (both convection) from Best Buy. Very pleased with guidance from local Best Buy representative. Very good pricing.

Very similar to our previous oven. Temperature control and features are very good, but the self-cleaning button should be relabeled 'self destruct'. Oven repair people said you get away with it for a time, but eventually it kills the electroniics, and that's what happened to us.

So far, this oven has been very good. It’s easy to figure out the settings and options and cooks evenly. It looks great as well.

Improvements to control panel makes the oven easier to use...really like the larger glass doors and easy slide racks!

Kitchenaid is a great brand and this oven is no different. Looks great, heats well and cooks evenly. Overall very happy with this oven!

Took about a week to get used to how it cooks, but we've got it down (more or less) now. We LOVE the huge door windows and the rapid preheat functionality. The only con is the proofing function doesn't seem to do anything and it does take a long time to cool down. (But honestly, the fan is very quiet, so it's not disturbing at all.)

Very pleased with the performance and look of the oven. Looked at many before purchasing and I'm very glad we went with the kitchenAide.

Ovens are easy to operate & have LOTS of room, no matter what you're cooking!

We haven't used this yet, but it looks great in our kitchen! Installation was quick as well

I had to replace my double oven after my 15-year-old my kitchen space and immediate availability, I had limited choice for a highly rated appliance. KitchenAid Model 500ESS fit my requirements, though installers had to put extra effort to get it in place. Overall I am happy after six weeks of performance and quiet operation.

Got my new oven and can’t believe how quiet it is, venting is on the bottom, which I love, installers are great, I just need to spend more time learning all the functions but the large size is amazing. Next adventure learning to make bread

We really love this double oven combo. The convection option is the best way to go.
