NO NEW APPLIANCE WAS EVER RECEIVED AND BEST BUY EVEN NO-SHOWED THEIR APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP THE DAMAGED ITEM. SHOCKED THAT BEST BUY IS STILL IN BUSINESS AFTER THE EXPERIENCE WE'VE HAD WITH THEM.

The paint melted from the heat in the oven and turned the glass black. Now the inside has black paint chips floating around and is unusable. This is my second review because I just spoke to Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid and they are going to potentially charge me for someone just to look at it.

I am a cook! I can't believe I did not upgrade by oven a long time ago. I am a Kitchen Aid fan for sure.

Damaged Stove

When we opened the packaging we found the stove in total disaster. It looks like it either fell from a high shelving unit or something else fell on top of it. The whole top is crushed. Called Best Buy with no response. April 3 and still waiting to here what we can do.
