We had a previous version of this combination convection oven and multi-function microwave. Kitchen Aid has made significant enhancements with this new model. The keypad is easier to use and it does not require a set procedure to input the time and power setting on the microwave. My wife really likes the new blue porcelain coating on the oven. Visually the unit has a very professional look that enhances our kitchen.

This a very nice combo oven/microwave unit. Operation is very quiet. I love the fact that it shows you the current temp as the oven works toward preheating, and shows the time it reached temperature (in case you forget to set the timer!) The buttons could be a bit more friendly and intuitive. Reading the manual is a must. Overall, extremely happy with this purchase.

Very heavy duty and looks modern, inside cool blue. Love it!

I'd love to give this a better review but I'm about to be on #3 and I've had it for less than a month. There is a small piece in the Microwave unit that holds the coil up. The first time this piece was broke during delivery. The second time the piece broke during the third or forth use of the microwave. When this piece breaks, the coil falls down and the unit can no longer be used. It's wild that the same piece has broken twice with less than a weeks worth of usage, I'm worried about having a third unit brought in.

5 days after install, the control panel failed. It was the week of thanksgiving and could not get a replacement prior to the holiday. The product looks awesome and hopefully will not have issues with the replacement unit.

I like it. I like it. There’s so many bells and whistles, I’m sorry a manual doesn’t come with it. It’s online, but I prefer paper. The cook is good and the installation was well done.

This oven/microwave combo has so many features that I haven't used them all yet. Both of the sections have convection capabilities and both of the sections have broilers, among other options. All of the food has come out evenly cooked. On top of all of this, it looks better than any other appliance in the house. Very happy with this purchase.

Exchanged out GE profile to Kitchen aid wall microwave and oven. Wow… night and day difference in built quality. Clearly a better product. Very happy.

I love this product. However, it was installed with a broken part in the microwave/convection oven so it was unusable, but works great after the part was replaced. But please don't charge for shipping again for a brand new appliance that was installed with a broken part!

This built in over/microwave combo is great for any kitchen.

I renovated my kitchen and decided to buy all Kitchen Aid appliances. I really liked this double oven. It made my kitchen look nice. The only problem is self-cleaning. The entire house warms up and smells burnt. I have to remember that and turn the self-cleaning when everyone is away. But overall, it is a good product.
