This was a replacement for a wall unit that had a broken microwave, bought to match the other KitchenAid products in the kitchen, it looks great and is much quieter than previous model

Replaced a 16 yr old unit. The new one has smooth opening doors, lights in both ovens, easy slide full extension rack, temperature probe, lots of accessory cookware, and bigger windows. Highly recommend this wall oven.

We recently bought a built-in KitchenAid convection oven and convection micro. It's a very attractive unit. It fit perfectively in the cabinet opening. We had an issue with the micro door which was tilted slightly. KitchenAid service came out and ordered a new door. Best Buy was very helpful with the buying experience.

Mega plumbing did an excellent job installing the combo unit! They were extremely nice and explained everything they needed to do. The oven combo performs as expected. Just wish the microwave was 1100 watts instead of 900 watts. Would buy this again.

Our new KitchenAid Wall Oven with Microwave unit has taken the "guesswork" out of baking a cake ! Temperatures are accurate and time in oven is perfect. It makes tall cakes and thinner cakes easy to adjust to. Control settings are easy to use !

Would love❤️ To have an instruction manual of some sort. Still trying to figure out how to use the settings etc.

a fuse went out within a year .. under warranty...felt this shouldn't have happened on a new oven .. our original oven still worked and it was 16 years old .. no repairs on it .. new oven fixed .. so far still working

Everything is great expect popping microwave popcorn. Pops less than half the bag.

I shopped online and found Best Buys website very thorough. Their follow through was top notch... the best. I wish all companies were as professional. The delivery was flawless! The product will take adjustment.

We waited months for this unit to be available to purchase and it was worth the wait. We love it! I hope others who are trying to buy this item will be successful in purchasing it, too.

I love this combo. The microwave has a lot of different types of setting on it. The wall oven is great. I have used it several time already. I uses the microwave several times each day as well
