The lock is really nice I love it but the key fab you have to buy separate works a lot better then having the app on your phone but still having the app on my phone still works pretty good...

I needed to replace my smart lock and bought thus with out reading the reviews. It wasn’t worth even opening the package. Returned it to store

I bought this after seeing my friend's August lock. I decided on Kevo because of the Kwikset option and aesthetic. It looks very handsome on our door. The touch-to-unlock feature is so handy.

It’s hard to install And very temperamental. It doesn’t unlock fast enough

Who doesn’t love not having to dig around for keys. As long as you have the key fob the lock will open just by touch. WiFi. Allows easy back up when the kiddos forget their key fob.

Bring your home up to the 21st century with this purchase. I enjoy being able to open my home door from everywhere. My wife is old school and she enjoys the key which this product has.

I had been using the August Smart Home lock which worked very well but was kind of big & clunky so I wanted to try out something a little sleeker. Kevo has a beautiful design but wouldn't work, terrible product that I wound up returning in three or four days.

Unfortunately my doorframe cannot accomodate this lock. The installer tried everything he knew how but ultimately was unsuccessful. I appreciate his tireless efforts though!

Works as described, you may have to drill you hole deeper as the lock goes deeper than most. Also may require minor adjustment it is not very tolerant of friction.

It's awesome when the touch feature works, but it's hit and miss. Otherwise it functions as a plain old deadbolt.

The lock seems had a very nice features but order it online and bestbuy sent me a refurbished, repaired and defective item. I checked the mechanism of the lock stickers from the screws are already removed indication that the lock was already opened and the figured out the screws are not the same.

I am on my third lock for my backdoor and it is still having issues. It works for a while and then gets stuck (normally locked which is very inconvenient when you are outside wanting to get in). My front door lock works fine. To date the failure rate of my Kēvo products has been about 66%.

The lock is great but had to return once after it did not work after a day. Replaced it and have not had any issues.

Kwikset has very good customer service I found that out because I am on my 2nd lock waiting for my third.

Took a little while to set up. A combination of operator error and the fact that I was replacing a very old lock. But once it was installed it worked flawlessly.

Keep wondering why I will buy something new for this expensive and it won’t work, paid the installer, battled with installation because it just wouldn’t work, called customer service, the agent was nice and promised to send another one since I bought warranty on it, I don’t know what would have happened if I didn’t buy the warranty though.

Smart lock that has a key back up, so we dont have to worry about batteries dying. Works really well, can unlock and lock just by touching it

This is a great Smart lock, it can be used with a traditional key, a key fob, or the app. Its great to share with family and close friends.

Easy to set up and very convenient. When I bring a bunch of stuff in from my truck and I know my hands will be full, I just use my phone to unlock my door.

As someone who loves the newest Tech this is something I had to add to my Ring doorbell set. only wished bestbuy sold the Bluetooth keys for this still :c
