    The lock constantly becomes disconnected. Always have to force close the app and restart it to get it to work. If I have to pull my phone from my pocket to restart the app, I might as well pull out my keys and unlock the door.

      Please give our support team a call at 1-800-327-5625, with the latest versions of the iOS and Android apps this should not be the experience you're having. With the app running in the background of your smart device you should be able to walk up to the door, touch your Kevo, and open your door.
