Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this leap pad for my four year old for Christmas. Not a couple of hours into playing with it the tip of the stylus pen broke off exposing a piece of metal underneath causing the Leap Pad to get scratches all over the screen. I contacted Leap Frog customer service and they offered to send me a new stylus free but would not cover the damage to the screen. The damage to the screen was caused by a defective stylus pen but they would not take responsibility for this. The customer service rep I talked to was extremely rude and told me that "that's just the way it is." I will never buy another Leap Frog product again and you shouldn't either!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tablet for my 2 year old on his birthday. I also bought 4 apps which were not cheap. At first it was a great item, my son loved his tablet and his Team umizumi games. However 3 weeks after purchasing this tablet the apps stopped working and the tablet would show a blank screen, could still hear the sound but no image. My son cried and cried because he wanted to play with his tablet. Unfortunately due to the expensive price of the tablet and apps. I can't replace it.
