Powerful enough to play Starfield. Console like experience on a true Windows device. Detachable controllers help with comfort and FPS mode provides a good mouse interaction.

Ever since purchasing this handheld, I haven't been able to put it down. To this day, I'm still playing it. Of course it has its ups and downs, I hate that it doesn't support the variable refresh rate, but, overall the 8.8 inch screen and (2560 x 1600) display is awesome!!! I would definitely recommend this device.

This is my first handheld with Windows OS. I didn’t even get to play the first two days because it wouldn’t load COD correctly. I ended up having to update BIOS but there was no alert or pop up so I had to figure that out on my own. One controller light stopped working within 14 days so. I need to get it replaced. I recommend getting some kind of insurance…anyways I love the system and graphics and speed. Besides my deep hatred for Bill Gates, windows ain’t too bad either.

This is a great handheld system. The screen is just the right size and it's colors are crisp and very clear. Adjusting the VRAM to 4GB really helped and soon 6GB will be the sweet spot. Using 8GB just takes too much away from the OS. I play everything on this from Steam, xBox Gamepass and Emulation from emu deck. You can also hook up a dock and use it as a desk top with Keyboard / mouse and monitor. The detachable controllers are OK but I don't use them much. I guess I'll use them more when I'm traveling. These systems are just going to get better over time. I did upgrade the ssd to 1TB and I also use a 1TB MicroSD card which works great. You will not be disappointed with this system.

I have a steam deck and for short while the ROG Ally. The GO is a good gaming machine for the price need more software updates to correct some of the issues but work as intended. Dead zone in joy stick is my best complaint followed by software. Speaker are ok the steam deck and Ally perform better. The screen is the best thing of the device.... Almost perfect but is portrait and inverted. Some videos games don't work on it (mainly older ports). If you like a big screen the GO is a good choice. If portability is your goal the Ally and a more polish and console like experience (beater screen now with the OLED) the steam deck is the way (also less powerful)

Theres so much about the Legion Go to like: -Latest hardware with capabilities to play AAA games over 30 FPS. -Switch like removable joysticks. -Great kickstand. -FPS mode, not quite for FPS gaming, but really for productivity. -Great looking screen. Cons: Legion Space. Props to the Lenovo team for their continued transparency and their listening to the users to improve the quality and features of Legion Space, but as it is right now, it makes the Go unusuable. This is only saved by using 3rd party softwares. Big shoutout to the team at Handheld Companion. I have zero doubts that Lenovo will make the software good, but until then, it really stunts the Go.

Excellent device you can use for gaming and unfinished business. Very valuable for gamer travelers. The downside is that it's heavy. The mouse would give wrist pain. The 512gb is just too small space . I hope they can make one that more ergonomic.

I got mine around the launch of the Handheld, After the initial few weeks, They updated the graphics drivers and all the bugs I had notices went away. The screen is a beautiful 1440p Ultra HD screen with up to 144Hz refresh rates. It has a great fan and I havent had any trouble with the thermals or SD card slot. I like all of the control customization it offers, and having easy access to change how many watts you use is really handy.

Spent a while looking through the handheld PCs and this one seemed like the best one. When I got I was surprised how well it could run games. I thought it would be impossible to run modded black ops 3 zombies or even black ops 6 zombies. Turns out it can run both and really well.

For $500 (if you can get it at this price point), the hardware you get is INCREDIBLE. But be warned, Lenovo has proprietary driver software that is perpetually 6-12 months behind official drivers. There is currently no official Frame Gen support, so you have to go through this annoying process of DDU, install AMD's official drivers, and mess with Registry, but then that presents multiple issues: 1. You have to disable Windows updates, or it'll revert back to Lenovo drivers. 2. Legion Space and side panel settings may not work. 3. Performance may be hit or miss. 4. Games sometimes don't load. 5. I had to go through this process multiple times before it stuck. 6. You're wasting a lot of time doing this instead of just playing your games. You should buy this if: 1. You don't care about frame gen. 2. You don't care about having significantly outdated drivers. 3. You don't mind messing with things if you want updated drivers. 4. You are paying no more than $500. If Lenovo kept drivers up to date and had frame gen support, then this would be the best handheld at the $500 price point.

The best Windows based handheld you can buy, today. The ROG Ally has similar specs, but this screen is undeniable. Whether you choose to use the FPS joystick or not, this thing is impressive. Find the latest updates, remove the Windows bloat, find the beta firmware, tweak your settings, supress the legion launch screen in go with with PlayNite, the cusomization is endless (duh, it’s windows). SteamDeck and SteamOS will always be a solid platform, but personally the screen size and power was just lacking a little. The Legion Go was the answer I didn’t know I was looking for. Oh, and Fortnite.
