She loves it, so far the only complaint is that the speakers are too low and we'll need to get her external speakers because she likes to watch movies on it. Other than that, it's been great

Great $$ in you need something simple

The thumb pad is a bit funky but eventually I find the arrow and scrolling sometimes is an issue. Other then that, if the kids drop it you won't cry.

Looks nice, but slow

I purchased it for my wife to do simple web browsing and document editing. Nothing fancy. I think Windows 10 is very heavy and all this computer seemed to have a hard time keeping up with these simple tasks.
