I returned it and got a replacement although it works better it is still to many problems for a new device. I still have it cause my 14 days has gone by. But I would not buy another Lenovo from my experience with this notebook. I Love Toshiba I hope you bring it back into the Best Buy stores...

Unable to function properly with any online software including but not limited (I.e Cricut Design space.) Which even the oldest laptop I have with a updated browser can handle.

Be sure any software you use is compatible with the Windows 10 operating system. There is a 32GB solid state hard drive for quick boot up and quick loading of programs and files. If you need more storage space, there is a Micro-SD card slot that you can use to add more storage space. This device has the latest WiFi capability, with 802.11AC connectivity. It comes with a free 1-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365. If your requirements fit this profile, this device is a good choice.

The memory was almost immediately out and the touch pad did not work. How it got out on the floor is beyond me with all the precautions Best Buy normally does.

Posted .There is a magnifier feature within Windows 10. Click on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of the screen. Type "Magnifier" in the search window. Select "Magnifier" from the listed choices. You can turn the magnifier off in settings. Type "magnifier" again in the search window. This time select "Turn Magnifier on/off.

The sound sucks even as loud as it will go if there is any noise at all I can't hear it. No disc drive! I don't know a lot about computers it the floor assistant who helped me said there was a disc drive on this model.
