It crashed several times. Returned it and bought a MacBook Air (which is what both of my daughters recommended all along). Love it.

To activate the free 1-year subscription, you just need to establish a Microsoft User Account. At the end of the free 1-year subscription, you can purchase a renewal to keep the software active.

Posted .This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the top left side of the device, right near the power button on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. Be sure to install a 3rd-party virus protection software or turn on Windows Defender immediately.
bad keyboard and bad internet connection
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keyboard is stubborn, if you don't press hard enough, it does not notice and you end up with misspelled words quite often if you type quickly instead of just hunting and pecking. The keys that the fingers approach from a sideways angle when the hands are hovering often do not get triggered and it happens over and over. Very irritating and this does not happen with my other computers where i have no problem. Second, although for the first few weeks it worked well, now it seems to have intermittent problems communicating with my wifi signal, of course it waited until after the deadline to return it to Best Buy so I can't easily return it now. Overall, I really dislike this laptop, all my previous ones were better.
