I was looking for a low-budget lightweight laptop for travel so I wouldn’t have to lug around my larger system. The pros of this machine are definitely its weight, battery life, price, and value. That’s what did it for me. For around $200, you get a full-sized system with a 14” screen and a laptop that is unbelievably lightweight. I carried it in my messenger bag and found myself constantly checking my bag to see if I had forgotten my laptop. I could even carry it in my handbag without hassle. The battery life is similarly shocking. I put this system through its paces, pushing its cpu and memory capacity almost to its maximum (90-100% of capacity for both), and still was able to get a full 12 hours of battery life. If you decide to go with this, you can easily get through a full day of working without having to carry around a power cord. That is what I call value! Now for the downside: sore points for me were definitely the typing experience, unresponsiveness, slow computing speed, and video lag. I absolutely hated the typing experience. I’m a pretty avid computer user and have never once had an issue when typing on a desktop or laptop computer. However, with this thing, I had to be careful to use extra force when pressing each key just to type accurately. If you planned to use this system mainly for typing or composing documents, be forewarned, it will slow down your typing speed tremendously! Along similar lines, is the unresponsiveness of the trackpad. Good lord, this trackpad stinks to the high heavens. No matter how many times, I pressed the mouse or tried to navigate, I would literally have to give the machine a “warning” click before I actually tried to click on something for real. Ya know…just so it would know that I wasn’t kidding! So annoying. As if those things weren’t bad enough, the computing speed in general is bad. I tried using internet explorer, chrome, and firefox browsers. The computing speed crawled or stopped altogether for each brower. This was most pronounced whenever I had multiple tabs open. But even with a single tab, if the website was graphics-heavy, the computer took a while to load the site and would easily become unresponsive. Don’t even think about doing something else in the background, like taking notes about the stuff you’re looking up online. The video streaming experience was particularly painful. I tried to play Netflix while I surfed the net, and it became impossible. The video kept lagging or freezing altogether. It only played smoothly when there was a single browser, with a single tab open. Opening any other programs always ended with the browser freezing. While this system does offer a lot of value for its price, this is only true for light users. That is those who plan to use the system mainly offline for light typing and record keeping, or online for checking email and VERY light browsing. If you are a heavy computer or internet user—you regularly stream video or music, use multiple browser tabs at a time, you commonly have two or more software programs running at one time, you do a lot of data entry, or you are not an aggressive typer—DO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM! It will likely frustrate you to no end. Trust me, I didn’t want to believe the warnings either, especially when you consider the price and value. But the fact is: if these latter features are what’s most important to you, this system won’t really add value to you at all. Prioritize and reconsider.

Bought this laptop because my Microsoft Surface was getting very slow. Wanted something cheap that was also a good quality laptop. I was not prepared to spend over $500 on a laptop that I would only be using it for my online college classes, Word, and PowerPoint. I saw this online and went in the store the next day and grabbed the last one on the shelf! I have had it for almost 2 weeks now and absolutely love it! The battery life is amazing (10 hours!), and even doing multiple things on it doesn't drain the battery as fast as other laptops do. Definitely would recommend this computer to anyone!

Very satisfied with this laptop, I bought it for surfing and email use and it's nice and fast with an easy setup! Only downside so far is that the speakers aren't very loud, but if you use earphones that shouldn't be an issue. I checked around and read reviews and this one was the winner for what I needed. It's affordable and does the job!

Got as a gift to my cousin. He was so happy with this. Its lenovo and lighter in weight. Judt amazing for basic purposes.

We saw this computer was on sale. Has been working great thus far!

Good Display for the price it lags in video streaming such as youtube,netflix etc.. Wifi acts weird at times and do not even try to multitask than again don't expect much from these price range of laptops i bought it for the screen size and the display isn't bad at all

Bought this laptop for my 9yr old daughter and she only used it for 2weeks and now the screen is blank and nothing comes up for her. I am so unhappy because it has feeling penny wise, pound foolish. It was a great price, hoping the quality is not what i'm thinking it is. I hope bestbuy or lenovo could help us out here.

I got this computer today because it was cheap looked nice and had decent specs also because my current one is out of date and is starting to see it's last days, the reviews were mostly positive for this laptop so i thought, "whatever, i'll get it." I brought it home set it up with all the basic settings besides high performance battery function i turned that on. despite all of this and the reviews this computer is still slower than the 4 year old hp laptop that i had before! DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP spend a little extra on something besides this!

Slowest laptop I have ever seen. You can't even browse the web with 3 tabs open.
