Good Basic Laptop

I would not recommend it for gaming but for internet browsing and emailing it is a good buy. It is a little slower than my mac, but that is a windows issue, not the laptop.

Not disappointed. It doesn't have much memory so I deleted a lot of the unneeded apps and ordered an external hard drive.

I had been using a 5 yr old computer with Windows 8. Windows 10 is actually fun when pinning tiles to start. I can't believe I have actually picked up some of the jargon and I'm a senior citizen, so not of the tech era..

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 100s-14 Laptop. The zooming issues sound like the sensitivity of the touchpad. You can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

The storage fills up quickly and you must keep it cleared or install extra memory. However it's good for light secretarial type work in which my business uses it for.
