Everyday I find new ways to use this system. Love the ability to fold in half and use as a tablet. Light weight and very versatile.

My only complaint is that the zoom changes on it own all the time o I am constantly adjusting it up and down. I would not recommend it because most everyone wants a fancier laptop than I do.

Posted .It sounds like you may be inadvertently touching the touchpad which is causing the zooming of the screen. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

When I attempt to edit them I am automatically placed on lockout and cannot make any changes. When I troubleshoot the suggestions do not correct the problem. Why?

Posted .If you are referring to Microsoft Office and have created documents within Excel or Word or even PowerPoint, these programs automatically open a saved document in "SAFE MODE". Safe Mode will not allow the document to be edited. You can remove the safe mode protection by clicking on the "Enable Content" button up in the message ribbon at the top of the program. Non-working touchpad

Posted .Check the touchpad HotKey in the F6 position. It toggles the touchpad on/off. Be sure that the touchpad hasn't been turned off by accident. Additionally, check to be sure the touchpad is turned on in the "Settings Menu". You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. Be sure the touchpad is turned on here as well.

She is in costume design, and is able to design right on the screen, then save them or print them out. She loves it.

Great kids computer
