Only downside so far is that the speakers aren't very loud, but if you use earphones that shouldn't be an issue. I checked around and read reviews and this one was the winner for what I needed. It's affordable and does the job!

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 100s-14 laptop. With regard to the speaker volume, you might try going in to Properties for sounds/speaker. For Playback, find the Enhancement Tab. Find Equalizer. Change setting to Powerful.

There is a 32GB solid state hard drive for quick boot up and quick loading of programs and files. It comes with a free 1-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365. If your requirements fit this profile, this device is a good choice.

You get what you pay for

He was right. I've only had this computer for a couple hours and I will be returning this tomorrow morning. It's so frustrating. It lags horribly and I haven't even loaded programs on it. I just loaded McAfee and it freezes, lags and have to constantly reboot it. Streaming Netflix has horrible quality. I guess you get what you pay for. It's a great price but not a good laptop. It's worth investing more money for a better laptop.
