Good experience with the staff working at the store. They were very kind ,patient,and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all my questions. I came in got what I was looking for. It was a pleasure doing buisness.

I had what I thought were reasonable expectations but the computer was-I believe- a lemon. Had problems from the beginning and had to return it. The store employees were very good about trying to get it to work but they couldn't.

I purchased this Lenovo laptop and used it on school projects. It was an okay laptop. I have been an HP user all my life. I did return this laptop and purchased an HP. Lenovo is a great product. I can recommend Lenovo products.

My mistake, buying a like new open-box item and trusting the quality assurance process prior to the resale of electronics at discount prices. Less than 1 day after my purchase I noticed account usernames being created remotely, unstoppable file sharing, and devices being connected without permission. Neglecting to address a known issue that requires reprograming to secure and suppress harmful software compromised our privacy. Lesson learned, with no intention granting the ability to control and infiltrate any/all wifi connections and electronic devices, accessing accounts, passwords and personal information could have been avoided.

THE COMPUTER HAS A GOOD SCREEN AND WORKS GOOD FOR WHAT WE NEEDED WE HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE AT FIRST BECAUSE I AM A NOVICE AT OPERATING A COMPUTER BUT THE STORE HELPED IN GETTING US ON LINE THANK YOU VERY MUCH

This is a great laptop for everyday use. Especially if you are efficient and keep most of your documents and such in the cloud. Checking email, online shopping, and browsing web pages are pretty quick

Economical, and efficient little laptop. Works great, is mobile, and has a lot of very nice features. I am very satisfied with this laptop. It does everything that I need it to do and travels well!!

All I need is to send & received e-mail, I am an old (79) disabled vet who likes to keep in touch with my old Army buddies, so is great and it serves me perfect. Thank you ,George Berglund

Too bad I can't give zero stars. This laptop came with Microsoft Office - great. However, what they don't tell you is that Microsoft Office takes up about 80% of the minimal storage on the computer. Of course, when perusing the laptop section not a single employee who I consulted with informed me of this. Now that we have tried to return it, all the Best Buy employees are saying they would NEVER recommend it. I wish I knew that when I bought this useless thing.

Bought this for my kids to use for school and other use. The computer is so slow goi g from item to item that it is frustrating. Would not recommend.

I use this computer for training. The only problem I have had is that the power button does not lite up when it is on. Other than that is works well.

Each time I needed to buy any product like cameras, phones and most especially laptop computers, I got the best that is durable with reasonable prices at Best Buy stores!

This Lenovo is absolutely horrible. It will freeze, change screens, fade out, and process information extremely slow. I'm quite disappointed in this computer & wish I could get a refund.

My son loves the color and the efficiency for his school use. It's quick and he will be taking it with him to college in the fall. He's always on it, so that's a plus.

Super cheap! got it for $80 after $50 in reward zone certificates. Can't expect much out of an $80 computer. Needed to run specific coding software my $3,000 MacBook couldn't run!

This laptop exceeds my expectations for my Son who is in 11th grade. Very happy with this purchase. I am going to buy a second one for myself. Beautiful graphics.

Having gmail in one tab and my stock portfolio in the other is apparently too much for this computer to handle. It's 2017, it's ridiculous that laptops can't handle basic tasks.

I use this computer every day and definitely would not hesitate to purchase the exact same device again. It is reliable and doing exactly what I need.

This thing is sweet. I can watch stuff on the internet, connect to wifi, and other cool stuff with this sweet laptop. Its so sweet because it was cheap too.

Store staff helpful and friendly, originally went in to fix my laptop, but the repair person suggested that it would be less expensive to purchase a new one.
