Not a Great Purchase!

Well with the constant upgrades required by Windows the computer was out of memory within a couple of weeks. Long story short the Geek Squad said I can't even upgrade the hardware. So I guess I have another computer to use as a paper weight!

Posted .With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

When initially turned on, I got the message that Windows 10 had updates that should be downloaded and installed imediately. The problem is that the laptop did lacked sufficient memory and disk space for those updates and without those updates the machine could not work properly.
