By adding an external hard-drive one can have a computer at par with laptops two and tree times the price. This is my third one from the same manufacturer, the last one as a gift, two for my granddaughters.

This laptop is a great fit for installing Linux. I knew that I was not going to get a powerhouse with the low specs. I wanted a device for Linux that was not going to break the bank. I looked for used devices but found this one for $150 brand new. I immediately uninstalled Windows and tried out various Linux distros. The one that is currently being used on it is Ubuntu Budgie. Even with just 2GB of RAM, it runs smoothly. I do not intend on using it for resource heavy tasks. This laptop will probably disappoint many of those looking to use this as a standard Windows machine. However, it is great for Linux. The sleek form factor and design is also appreciated.
