For the price, great value. But you can't get everything at this price point. Make pretty loud hissing noise for fan (very noticeable); even with not a lot of stress to laptop. Maximum light setting is limited when on battery power only. If plugged it, brightness is at a higher setting, and very adequate.

The Lenovo is super ez to set up & use. It’s keyboard is friendly and it’s light in weight for the size.

I use this for work, writing and storing documents and spreadsheets. No gaming. Does a solid jog for me.

I like the laptop as it works well for me and my boy, I purchased 2 one for each of us. My boy uses his for online classes and I use mine for business. I only gave it 4 stars because the product didn't come with an anti-virus installed, and on the first day of setting up ended up with a trojan virus.

I bought this for my sister, and she just loves all that it can do. It's peppy( her words, not mine), and handles everything she has tasked it to do. Her only minor complaint is screen resolution, it's not as clear as she is used to. She loves her Lenovo's, and would recommend this laptop to anyone.

Couldn't wait to get a new laptop. My old one was losing speaker sounds intermittently and needed to be rebooted often. The speed and storage on this is wonderful. Lighter to carry and sleek.

Bought this for my son to use msinly for making music and it is awesome. Faster than my Acer laptop.

It is an excellent laptop. Nice looks, super fast performance BUT... Hard drive and fan are very loud. It also needs updates for BIOS because the fan is running most of the time and hard drive too. I had to re install everything withing the first day of using it and after chating with Lenovo. Problems with fan and HDD improved a lot. Battery life: 2.5 hrs, Normal use ( web browsing, music, netflix) This last aspect is confusing after getting my windows updated..sometimes battery meter says 2.5 hrs of battery life .. other times 5 hrs... Bottom line... good laptop , very good price... lets be honest .. nowadays things are built to last one year tops.

I bought this laptop to replace my wife's old one which finally broke down from old age! lol... This was the perfect upgrade for her. It has all the features that she uses and a lot more too...great laptop and Best Buy was extremely helpful with me to choose the right fit for her needs :)

As a college student, I often need to have numerous tabs open and download several files. Overall, it handles that pretty well. Every now and then it can get a tad slow if I have too many tabs open for too long or start making a noise sometimes. Overall it does a good job for what I need.
