I have several Lenovo laptops, but this is by far th worst one I have bought. This computer looks and feels very cheap compared to the others, the computer itself drags and take a while to start up. I had only used the computer three times when my daughter started playing Minecraft, she left the computer alone due to the slow response and battery, she started with 80% within 15 minutes it was at 15%. The battery life and the slow response is my main reasons for returning the computer in less than a month of usage. I would recommend other computers for the price or pay a little for better quality. Very disappointed after all the years I have been a Lenovo laptop customer

Posted .This model, the Lenovo 320-15ABR Laptop, has a battery life of up to 4.5 hours, depending on the work that the device is performing. This system should be a fast system with its AMD A12 processor and 8GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The computer was clunky and slow straight out of the box, after 2 hours of trying to get it loaded with windows updates, I finally got the working environment (yes I understand the updates are Microsoft's issue, but how fast the computer process's them certainly matters). In comparison I took a Dell 7280 straight out of the box and it was ready to go in less than 15 to 20 min. After all the updates the computer was still very slow, and it was full of bloat ware. I work as an IT Admin for a career, and this was a very sub-standard computer. It was a minimum disappointing. I read the reviews on the AMD A12 processor and thought this would be a good purchase for my daughter. Lenovo absolutely failed on putting this computer together as a competitor. Returned to Best Buy as the product does not perform at the product level it was designed for. My suggestion is buy a higher level Lenovo product or a different brand at the same level of product.

I did have to take the first one back as it had a dead pixel. This computer works well, not a fan of Windows 10 but found an app that let's me use Windows 7 menu. Seems quick but wish it had an SSD drive.

I have had some issues with the software not doing its job. it does run longer than expected on battery power. the size and weight are perfect for me. at the price I got this at, I am satisfied.

If you are getting substantially less battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.
