The 1TB hard drive is a huge bonus. Lack of USB ports is my only complaint, but not enough to lose a star. Wifi ac/b/g/n, bluetooth, and a USB-C connection are the main highlights. My wife said the touchpad can be sensitive, so she bought a wireless mouse to go with it. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

About as reliable as an etch and sketch as a day to day computer. Slow, glitchy.... I am right now reverting back to a previous system restore point, again. I know there is warranty coverage, but come on the pain and effort of returning a laptop is horrendous... my collection of "old" laptops that even my kids don't use anymore are each more reliable... like the pentium one I am using now to type this, and search for troubleshooting steps to get the $#^*#$%( lenovo up and running. At this point I am thinking of rebooting it with a baseball bat. I gave it one star because it looks cool

Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

Great buy, exceeds expectations

I only have one complaint and it’s very minor , the cord has that big block ending which can cause some rearranging if your sharing an electrical socket in a group socket. As I said very minor complaint highly recommend.

The computer it’s still fast after a year of use. I hope I don’t jinx myself, but when my friends who all have different laptops have problems with the battery on theirs mine is still going strong. my only complaint is the screen isn’t the best, but that is to be expected with a budget Laptop.

Horrible, wouldn't buy one ever again.

Posted .This system should be a fast system with its AMD A12 processor and 8GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. This system has a screen with a 1366 X 768 (HD) resolution. The battery life for this system is up to 4.5 hours, depending on the work that the system is performing.
