I have owned 2 Lenovo laptops prior to this purchase, and was quite happy with them. This computer has not worked properly since I brought it home. It had some different features than my older laptops so at first I thought I was maybe just getting used to the new style. WRONG. It is garbage and Lenovo's customer service stinks. The battery doesn't stay charged, the volume range is poor, the scroll goes haywire all on its own, sometimes the computer shuts down in the middle of my work. I am taking online college courses so this is frustrating and completely unacceptable. The screen brightness is also way too low and sometimes even if fully charged, the laptop will not turn on at all. All around poor design and function. I had to send it to Lenovo to be fixed after only owning it 5 months, because the hard drive crashed!!! I am the one who has to pay the shipping too, of course. I am very displeased with this purchase and will never recommend or purchase a Lenovo product again. The only reason I gave this a 1 star rating is because this website requires you to enter something. Otherwise I would truly give it a 0.

I am not familiar with the Lenovo brand, and, we're still learning some of the features on this laptop . So far, the performance of this computer has been very good.

It has had a few glitches with freezing already and the mousepad has a clunk when you tap it and the board near it has a big gap when you push on the bottom keys

Christmas gift to family member. No problems with it for first two weeks. Computer performs as expected. Used for routine tasks web browsing, e-mail etc

My husband bought this computer for deployment. It has worked so well even with the terrible internet he is able to video chat and do his schooling

I needed a new computer for my home office. I chose this one because of the large screen. So much easier on the eyes. I got a laptop in case I need to take it when I travel. But mostly it sits on my desk. Very happy with it.

Took over 16 hours to update Windows on first use which was very annoying. Otherwise it seems ok so far.

I had an older Lenovo that I had for five years. After writing several million words (I'm not exaggerating. On NaNoWriMO I had more than a million) my laptop finally gave out. Returned to the same brand because of the quality of product.

This was bought as a gift for someone who wanted a new laptop to use for both personal use and work. She absolutely loved it and has had it for a month now with no problems. It runs every program she needs and was very reasonably priced.

Heck of a laptop for the price. AMD A12 similar to Intel 5 processor. I purchased cheaper looking laptops in the past for the same price, this is much better presentation and quality. If you want a cheap laptop that is not junk, this is it!!

This was purchased for my son, whose aging laptop just couldn’t keep up anymore. The speed and clarity of this laptop is enough to play some of the most power sucking online games.

This is a good general purpose pc. Good performance and I like that the power button is not in a silly place that would get bumped into by accident.

Bought it for my daughter's Graphic Design programs. Seems to work fine, but it's a little slow on the Internet. Overall, very happy with it.

Good computer for college student. I wish the graphics card was a little better for gaming, but that is the only problem I've had with it.

I purchased this for basic bookkeeping in my construction office and it works great no fancy bells and whistles but very effective for my needs.

I really enjoy my Levono Laptop. It comes in handy for my school work. The quality appears to be good as well. I feel I made a great decision in purchasing this brand and being open-box; also turned out to be a great deal.

This is a nice laptop that is dependable and works really well. It has a nice size screen and runs quietly and smoothly.
