Tech support is the worst I have ever encountered and keep telling me that it must be a software problem and they will be happy to help me for $20 even though it is only two months old.. I'm probably going to have to trash this unit and replace it with a better brand.

Posted .This sounds like an issue with either installed software or a problem with an automatic Windows 10 update. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, right near the SD card slot on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.

I’m not very happy with this product, now I have buy another laptop because my husband has to have one for work and deal with this one.

Posted .With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. Good for what I use it

Page up key is in a weird position causing me to hit it instead of ship. Pain. But, added an app to reassign the key. Over all very happy. Would buy again.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.
