i got this laptop 2 years ago and i barely have an problems with it.

I don't need a lot of whistles and bangs in a lap top, so was looking for a basic model with high reviews. So far, I've had no issues and no complaints.

Adequate laptop. Like CD/DVD drive and SD card slot. Don't like power plug on left.

This is a great CPU for the price. Really large hard drive and decent processor.

Battery time sucks Keys on it didnt work You can buy any machine that ll work better than this laptop. The charger even quit working and I have only had it for 2 or 3 months tops. Thats terrible.

I bought this for my sister as her husband wanted her to have the best laptop and her cousin in law took it from her because it was an amazing product.

This was a purchase for my 19 year old. It’s great! No issues, purchased in November. Gets daily use, and she’s not the most careful person either.

I wanted a mid-priced laptop and bigger storage, so I choose this with the components that I wanted. I love the laptop itself, it's sleek and I like the keyboard. The mouse pad takes some getting used to and I keep having a problem with the screen zooming in and out when I use the mouse pad. The display is great, the colors are vivid and it's very clear. The screen is a great size. Now...the performance is junk. It is sooooo slow. Starting up is slow, opening programs is super slow and surfing the web is uber slow. I spoke with a friend that is in IT and knows lenovo very well...he said there is nothing I can do to beef it up to make it faster either. I would not have bought this laptop if I had known it was this slow. Editing videos is horribly slow. I would recommend just spending the extra money and getting the higher up version.

Absolute worst computer. I turned it on and it was extremely slow. Once I got online it took 2/3 minutes between each web page. The email said it was set up but had an error. The worst part was it needed a Windows 10 update that sat at 0% for over 30 minutes. I tried 3 different times. I finally just took it back.

It's a good and reliable computer. I used it for 3 months and can't complain.

Works great and is very quiet. The pad doesn't overheat easily and I love the Windows interface. Getting Office for only $50 was a great bonus as well!
